No Scrolling and No typing since patch #6
When I clicked the game to play it, it updated. Now when I lauch the game it won´t let me write or scroll. I talked with EA Support, they gave me some troubleshooting steps. I did them all, even uninstalling and installing the game again. It still does not work, I told them there are multiple players with the same issue. They said they do not have an estimate time of when this game bug will be solved. I fing it unbelievable that it has been a month and EA has not been able to solve this or either give us a answer. I do not know in the first place why did they release this patch, since everything was working fine with patch 5. But then the logic thing to do is reverse the game to patch 5, I do not think they are that stupid to not save the different patches they release. I would reverse the game and let the millions of affected users pay and then, try to figure out what happened with patch 6. Good Morning ! I've been trying to enjoy the new game with my friend for the last few days, but there is no way to play it more than 10 minutes in a row without the PS5 fully crashing forcing me to do a manual reboot and rebuild the database before i can relaunch the game for 10 more minutes of playtime. We have both bought the full version of the game, and both of us are playing on PS5. I have already tried deleting the game and DL'ed it again. and went through all the possible repairs in the PS5 safe mode (cache delete, rebuild, etc) It's the only game where this happens, whether online or single player (I've tried various others for long periods of time to discard hardware issue or overheating from the console), and the first time I get a crash where the console just turns off without any error message. Same issue as many others have reported. Downloaded game, played on local, shutdown PS5 without warning in about an hour. Dragon Age does this too. Both EA games. Saw reports of others as well. Not sure if it is a coincidence, but this seems to be a game/company issue. Not a console issue. No other games I've played have this issue. All normal "fixes" attempted. PS5 is clean and well vented. So I decided to get back into battlefield 4 on PC, I had played a lot on my Xbox back in the day and I was happy to see that my soldier had transferred on the menu screen, it shows all my tags and unlocked weapons. Hi everyone, About two days ago, the EA App suddenly stopped opening on my computer without any apparent reason. Until then, I was able to play my games normally, but now, when I try to launch the app, nothing happens — no error message, and the interface doesn’t show up. What I’ve tried so far: Ending all EA-related processes in Task Manager and trying again Adding an exception in the antivirus and even disabling it Running as administrator Changing compatibility settings Running EA App Recovery and EA App Update Submitting a report using EA Error Reporter (I have the ticket ID) Completely uninstalling and reinstalling the EA App Rolling back the latest Windows updates Still, the issue remains. Interestingly, the EA App appears as a running process in Task Manager, but the interface never loads. Even when trying to launch a game directly from its shortcut, neither the game nor the EA App starts. Additional info: Windows 11, version 24H2, build 26.100.3624 I work in IT and have technical knowledge, I’ve tried many solutions before reaching out here. No system changes or suspicious installations occurred between the time it was working and when it stopped. I honestly don’t know what else to do.
