Character quests issue
Hi, So I always have notification displayed (2) since I could claim 2 quests for the new robot character. However, since I do not have enough shards for it, I cannot claim the quests. It means I will continue to have the notification displayed, which is annoying. Any idea how to solve it? See Screenshots below.
Game Breaking Mission Bug
Minor spoiler for mission name, that's it. Had to return to the lighthouse for "A Change on the Wind" and after teleporting, the cut scene does not happen. I tried walking around, falling off the map, loading an earlier save file, and even uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Nothing triggers this cut scene, so I can no longer move forward in the campaign.
BB8 Light Speed Bundle Bug
I know its already been mentioned a couple of times however, I think it still needs more traction. I purchased the BB8 Lightspeed Bundle however, after purchasing I was stuck in a loading screen. After a while the game closed on me and when I opened it back up it showed that I had bought the lightspeed bundle however I had not received any of the characters and I was 'compensated' with crystal which I didn't want. I know I bought the bundle as the money has left my bank account. I was on the PC client and I know from reading other people's posts its also happing on the webstore. I wish to either get my money back or the characters I paid for.
stick drift (software side)
I have a xbox one x controller(the wireless one that comes with console, model 1708) and it will not stop forcing my character to always walk left. I'm familiar with this term as stick drift as you most likely are. But this is not a mechanical issue. I have ran every possible precaution including reaching out to the site version bot chat whatever it is to no avail. So i beg of you, Can you offer me any solution to fix this issue. Dragon Age Veilguard is a very annoying game to play with keyboard and mouse and pretty much a deal breaker for me and I feel like someone should acknowledge that this at least makes no sense when i have updated the firmware on the controller, and used this controller on star wars outlaws, call of duty black ops 6, cyberpunk, throne and liberty, and new world this week. I intentionally tried to repeat this stick drift and cannot in any game other than veilguard. Am i going crazy here?! I have ran windows update, and updated everything i can think of i have ran the xbox accessories app and updated the firmware on this controller. I have restarted my pc. i9-14900k rtx 4090
Daily Missions not completing
I did my dailies, but couldn't collect them. I got the attached message despite having a few minutes left before reset. I got the receipt for the quest rewards sent to my inbox after reset, but not the Daily box, despite completing all 7. Allycode is 971113248 Edit: it doesn't like the attachments, so the message read, "Daily Quests have reset. Your account has been granted unclaimed rewards, and a receipt has been sent to your inbox." in the background, it shows my reset is in 1m 39s at the time of screenshot. If you need the screenshots, I can email it or something.
No MySims Kindgom Download from Cozy Bundle?
I have just been messaging someone on EA Help by alas no luck, so here I am. I redeemed MySims Cozy Bundle yesterday & and I was very excited to get playing. I played MySims for about 2 hours before hoping to change to MySims Kingdom (my main reason for getting the game), and struggled to do so for a short while. My system only downloaded 'MySims' so I was expecting to be able to switch to MySims Kingdom in the same game/widget. I went on a search, looking at several YouTube videos of gameplay, people streaming the Cozy Bundle on Twitch, and started to feel like I was losing my mind a little bit. Where can I play MySims Kingdom?! It was at this point I realised that MySims Kingdom should also have it's on widget on the system menu, and that, it was nowhere to be seen. Huh? I went back to the e-shop and double checked I'm not missing anything - it says "purchased" and there's definitely nothing additional I can select to download MySims Kingdom. I checked that my system is updated & that I have enough storage for the game - yes and yes. I even deleted my save data & uninstalled the game from my console to start again - proceed to the e-shop and download the game. Once again only MySims is downloaded, no sign of MySims Kingdom. It's not that it's stuck downloading, it just doesn't show up on my menu page at all. I'm connected to a stable Internet connection so that's not the issue. What do I do?!
Crackling sound making it unplayable
Title screen, Varric doing his monologue and character creation all play sound with no problem but the second I got to the first cutscene with my rook and then into Mintrathous the sound is constantly crackling and cutting out. Have tried every possible audio setting in game and updated drivers. (On windows 10)
Still no solution for blocked access via 5G
This issue still hasn't been resolved. A wide variety of phones have been having issues with accessing the mobile application from mobile networks for months now, The 5G connection I have is fantastic, not a single other service is having issues. A speedtest shows that I have 690 MBps download and 30MS ping on 5G (see attached). I'm using a Samsung S23 and the app has NO issue running on WiFi. You are primarily a mobile game. How in the world do you expect people to play your game if they can't access it via a Mobile Network???
REY (JEDI TRAINING) LIGHTSPEED BUNDLE purchase credited with crystals instead
Purchase of the REY (JEDI TRAINING) LIGHTSPEED BUNDLE bundle through the store in the PC client did not work and instead gave crystals. Can you do something about this, i did not want to buy crystals, i wanted the characters, thanks in advance! Ally code: 244-122-911 EA ID: RichDiNozzo
