Can't login because not receiving email with temp password
Today I installed Windows updates, and now when I tried logging in to the game it said it doesn't recognize the device and to check my email for a temporary password. I've tried multiple times and requested a new email to be sent, but still haven't received the email. (I am getting other emails, so my email is working.)Subject: Battlefront 2 isn't downloading via EA App
I’m having a major issue downloading Star Wars Battlefront II via the EA App through my Epic Games account. When I first started the download, it caused Windows File Explorer (file manager) to crash/freeze entirely, and I had to manually restart the PC. After that, the download reached 2%, but now it is stuck on the "Preparing" stage and has been like that for over an hour. I have already tried reinstalling the EA App, but the issue persists. The download simply won't progress past 2% and the "Preparing" status.
Mahjong Sanctuary - Detective Tool Bug
User: StonePnw Desktop PC Win11 25H2 Edge and Firefox v.149.0.2 both tested same issue I start the game and hit play. The message shown is "If you want to easily find all possible matches of a tile, keep an eye on the detective" which prompts me to click the magnifying glass in upper right corner. Then the screen blacks out and I can only click activate. Once I activate im told to try it. So i click a tile, another highlights and i clear them both. This is where the loop begins and im again met with the message "If you want to easily find all possible matches of a tile, keep an eye on the detective" but now I cant do anything. i cant click away from this. Clicking the magnifying glass again does nothing and im just stuck. The message never clears and I can not continue past this point. I have cleared browser cache and selected 'everything' for the time scale. Cookies have all been cleared. All browser extensions were disabled. (edge has none installed its kept stock) restarted PC and modem/router. I did try incognito mode. I did not flush DNS cache as im not sure what that means.Val's Diner not calculating properly on playing
Val's Diner is not adding points earned after completing a challenge. It adds the 30 points but then after you give up it goes back to previous count and does not increase the 30 points earned . Not understanding why it also only gives 13 points when you earn 30 points. Can someone assist on how this can be corrected so I can complete the Event challenge, This is taking forever and have used up many boosts to win and my points are now down and needs to add correctly so I can redeem again later. Please tell me what is wrong as this has been going on now for two days when I complete the eight games allotted. Thanks.Mahjong sanctuary stuck in task list!
Second time posting and I am desperate for help. Customer support refuses to do anything and I am missing out on completing challenges, losing gems by not having this issue resolved! I am having an issue loading Mahjong Sanctuary on Pogo. The game loads normally, and after I click Play, a screen appears after a couple of seconds that says a birds work is never done lets get back to the task list. At that point the game becomes stuck. I cannot interact with anything except the task list. When I click it, a message appears saying I still have area tasks to complete. A hummingbird appears with a blank non clickable square beside it, and I cannot exit this screen unless I return to the Pogo home page. I have tried all fixes suggested by EA Customer Support, but none worked. They advised me to post this issue in the forums where their experts can advise. I am 100% sure this is a pogo issue, not an issue on my end. My husband also has an account and has no trouble opening the game on his computer but if he logs in under my account it will not open. Thank you for any help you can give
Dem Bones Deluxe Pack Items Missing
On June 6th 2026 I purchased the Dem Bones Deluxe pack for 73.44 CAD on the EA web store and when I log on to the game there were no signs of any items being claimed. I check my inventory and see that there is no items and that in game it doesn’t register that I own the bundle when I go back to the web store to see it says I own the bundle so I was very confused. After a couple of hours of contacting support through their automated chat reply thing I discovered there was no available fix at this moment I’m hoping that this issue is resolved soon because I’ve also noticed other people are having this issue. Instead of releasing **bleep** DLC for crappy Sims 4 how about you make a 64bit version for the Sims 3 which is far superior to the Sims 4. Then again wouldn't expect such a greedy company to fix issues for a previous game that barely runs and functions let alone save and more fool the people that buy DLC for the SIms 4
