Purchase of the REY (JEDI TRAINING) LIGHTSPEED BUNDLE bundle through the store in the PC client did not work and instead gave crystals. Can you do something about this, i did not want to buy crystals, i wanted the characters, thanks in advance! Ally code: 244-122-911 EA ID: RichDiNozzo
Red lighting issue on Intel Iris XE
Hi! There is an issue happening with the graphic cars Intel Iris Xe where there is red lighting in some area (mainly but not only Lighthouse, Arlathan forest, Crossroad, Anderfels), also in the character creation unless you changing the lighting. I'm under the impression it's a filter or lighting in those specifics area that do not work with the graphpic card bc some area everything is perfect like in Rivain. If there was a way to unable whatever light it is connected to it would be perfect.
Stones Throw roofs causing no snow
Hi all! I'm play-testing a world I'm building and noticed a few lots with no snow or weird snowless patterns. I realized they all had those glass roofs from the Stones Throw Greenhouse set. This has never happened to me before - I love those roofs. I removed them from some of my builds and the snow appeared, but it'd be a bummer to have to remove them. I tested in other worlds (the second photo is from Sunset Valley) and same thing happened. I've tried taking out CC, redownloading from the store, and still no snow. I may test on another PC if I can get it to work to see if it works, but I'm at a loss on getting snow back on these lots while keeping those roofs. Thought I'd ask for any ideas.
Crackling sound making it unplayable
Title screen, Varric doing his monologue and character creation all play sound with no problem but the second I got to the first cutscene with my rook and then into Mintrathous the sound is constantly crackling and cutting out. Have tried every possible audio setting in game and updated drivers. (On windows 10)
Hard crashing on console [Xbox Series X]
Hard crashes are still occurring post-patch on Xbox Series X and PS5. There are multiple posts across here, Reddit, the official Bioware discord, etc all with the same issue. Randomly the game will crash, with not easily identifiable causes. The game will sometimes just crash the game, other times it will completely crash the console itself, powering it off. It will happen in combat, when paused, out of combat; there doesn't seem to be a specific trend. Sometimes it will be an hour between crashes, but more often than not it's in <10min increments. No settings changes or fixes address the issue. It happens in both performance and fidelity modes. Could we get an acknowledgement that Bioware is investigating this issue? There has been no direct acknowledgement that Bioware is aware of this issue and many people were hoping this patch would resolve it.
Achievements not working
Hello, I have a couple of achievements on the Xbox version of the game that are not popping up when I complete them. First one is The Soul of a City. I chose to save Minrathous after "A Wardens Best Friend" and the achievement did not pop after finishing up the save Minrathous quest line. The achievement is stuck at the halfway point on the achievement tracker on the xbox. Next Achievement that is not working is Call for Coin and Company. I just maxed out the Lords of Fortune faction with 3 stars but the achievement did not pop at all It is stuck at the halfway point on the achievement tracker on xbox. So far these are the only two achievments that are not working and the first one was before the patch that was just released. The second one I just did today post patch and still isn't working. I've attached photos to prove that I did what I said is going on. I even reloaded an earlier save from before maxing out the Lords of Fortune, right after doing Taash's personal quest to slay the Firescorcher dragon. I had not maxed out the Lords of Fortune but I did get to 3 stars at around 2,888 reputation strength and it says excellent and the achievement still did not pop. So this is a major bug.
EA TRAINING POINTS
I have traded in Braxton miller and ohrstrom now for training points. The ladder being worth 43,750 training points. Neither time have I received any training points and customer support has told me they should be there and to reach out again if I don’t get them. I am missing 80,000 training points please tell me why
Tengo problemas con una batalla en especial
Espero que solucionen cada vez que inicio una batalla mi caballero jedi Luke, Caballero jedi Revan y La Armera vs la leyenda galactica líder supremo kylo ren y cualquier integrante de la primera orden, siempre dejo de hacerle daño, todo los golpes son esquivados y pierdo automáticamente el combate, es un error que persiste varias veces, ya estoy cansado que me suceda lo mismo, arreglen ese problema por favor diría que es un error de esa batalla den una solución. También me sucede 5 ve 5 no me deja ganarle, empiezo a sacarle esquivados y no me deja hacerle ningún tipo de daño y es esa batalla en específico espero que logren corregir gracias.
