Neighbourhood Progress reset & stuck at 0 / 0
Description of the issue: Right after the Season 3 maintenance was over and I hopped in to check things out, all of my neighbourhood levels and progress got reset/bugged out. They are simply stuck at 0 / 0 and will not update or progress at all. Can't buy any product boxes either, even if it shows that I already have multiple boxes unlocked in said neighbourhood. It's been like this two weeks. Steps to trigger/reproduce the issue: Start the game as usual Look at the 0 / 0 on your current neighbourhood and wonder if all your progress gone Write bug report and hope for the best. I've seen a handful of other people post on reddit and the discord with the same issue. Still no acknowledgement as a known bug, which worries me a ton. Platform: PC (Steam) Troubleshooting steps already performed: Validated files through Steam. Reinstalled game completely. Attempted to run a few missions both old and new in every neighbourhood hoping it would fix things. No luck.
Endangered Animals Badge Packs Not Opening
Is anyone having trouble with some of the badges from the endangered species badge collection. Purchased all of them the whole first pack #1 shows expired cannot activate them, and on some of my other packs it shows they will unlock on so many days some has days that will unlock but after I will be able to unlock makes no sense....
Skate. Crashing when Connecting Headset on PS5 Pro
First I’d like to say well done on the launch of S5 it’s been a blast. Skate. on PS5 Pro crashes when I change to my Wireless headset. Sony inzone H9ii when I turn on my headset it doesn’t auto switch the sound over to it. In order to do so. I press the PlayStation button - Sound - Output Device - USB Headset (INZONE H9 II) after changing the audio source Skate. Will crash. It is pretty consistent it happens 100% of the time Thanks.Server Overlay zooomed and off center
The overlay for the app is off center and zoomed. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling I can’t even see the in game icon for settings or support. It’s been an entire day it started out of nowhere. Playing on iPhone it’s working normally on an exact same phone with the same updates for my son. I’m assuming it’s server related.Yesterdays SimCity update messed up my game
This last update has shifted everything where everything is off center. You can’t push any buttons because nothing is lined up. Even when you open the game everything is off…Does anyone know if there’s an update to fix this issue that was created with yesterday’s update?Patch 1.1 Did Not Fix the Performance Issues
I downloaded Patch 1.1 expecting the performance issues to finally be addressed. I launched the game, tried playing again, and honestly it feels like nothing has changed. The low frame rates, stuttering, and freezes are still there. I try to play, the performance becomes frustrating enough that I end up backing out of the game. I paid full price for this product, and I shouldn't have to keep waiting for patches just to be able to play it with reasonable performance. This is starting to feel similar to the Cyberpunk 2077 launch situation, where customers paid for a finished game but were left waiting for updates to fix major technical problems. Patch 1.1 was supposed to address performance and stability. From my experience, it hasn't fixed the problems that are preventing me from actually playing the game. At this point, I'm extremely disappointed with the state of the product I paid for.WRONG FOV AFTER TODAY'S UPDATE
iPhone 14 Pro Max — incorrect camera aspect ratio/FOV after latest update. UI elements retain correct proportions, but the city viewport is incorrectly scaled/zoomed. Issue began immediately after updating. Rebooting and reinstalling/offloading the app don't resolve it. iOS 26.6.1.
