City completely dark – lighting/rendering bug
Hello EA Support Team, I’m experiencing a graphics/rendering bug in SimCity BuildIt. Description: My city suddenly became completely dark. This is NOT normal night mode. There are no street lights or building lights visible at all. The entire city scene is black, while the UI works normally. The issue also happens when I visit other players’ cities, so it seems to be a global rendering/lighting problem, not city data corruption. What I’ve tried: Clear game cache Restart device Reinstalling the game Re-enter the city Visit other cities None of these fixed the issue. Device information: Device: Xiaomi Redmi 8A Pro Android version: Android 10 RAM: 2 GB GPU: Adreno 505 Game version: 1.74.2.150717 Additional notes: This looks like a lighting or shader rendering failure after a recent update. Cant seem to sign in
As you can see i am signed into my account but when i try and reset my password or link my EA account with another game it says it will send me an email but every time i check my email nothing new shows up i cant add a secondary email or phone number for recovery have had the account since i was 10 and would really love to not lose it.Game ruined!
Go ahead and just delete the game. I’ve been on this game for 5+ years and I was okay with purchasing certain things like the mayors pass cause it was worth it but now the new update that just rolled out kind of just ruined the whole game for me. I now have to upgrade all my services and it is costing me too many simeleons. It kind of took a nose dive with all that new update that it just had and now I’m losing population of my cities because I no longer have the funds to upgrade the services and it’s just getting annoying. And getting coins from other cities is hard and the monthly currencies are never beneficial. And don’t get me started on the fact that I barely get refunded for the services that I already paid for. It just seems uncool and unfair that I’m basically being forced to buy more coins in order to maintain my cities. The game took a turn and it’s no longer fun. I’m sad I’m letting this game go but oh well. It was fun while it lasted, I guess.
Softlock MEGA THREAD

I have just started the prelude of Mass Effect 1 on the PS4 and my PS4 controller has locked up on multiple occasions. I either end up running into a wall and stopping, or the controller completely locks up and I have to turn the PS4 power off to reset the whole system to have the controller work again. Is there any fix for this issue or should I contact PSN and try and get my money back?Titanfall2 doesn't save at all
Every time i leave the game and rejoin, it deletes the entirety of my progress, nothing is saved except for the steam achievements i got when playing it for the first 60 minutes. Everytime i die, even after it says checkpoint, i restart at the starting cutscene of chapter 1. I tried basically everything i could find, validating file integrity, checking my antivirus if the file was blocked(it wasn't), doing tomfoolery with my game files moving it from disc to disc, trying to do something with the documents. No nothing works, i reinstalled the game nothing, what can i do with this?
