Unable to connect to the servers
Hi! I can't connect to the EA FC servers (both 24 and 25) on my Xbox One device. Last week it was perfectly fine, but know the issue appeared. I tried the following things: Delete both local and cloud personal files Check the whole home network (other games works perfectly fine on my Xbox) Change DNS and port settings Reinstall the game Change Wifi and Cable connection Change to Cellular network Hard restarted my Xbox Check the link between my Xbox and EA account Also I contacted with the support, but we can't find a solution with that (Case #239665517). On top of the ongoing chat bug (for well over 3 weeks now, basically nobody can type/send messages), there’s a new major issue since the last 1–2 days: the servers are almost unplayable. Hi there, I recently sent the whole family into the future. When I decided to send them back home, it seems stuck on the loading screen for around an hour, with the frozen progress bar, and I accidentally turned it off while I was doing something else on the laptop. And the next time I entered the game, they were all standing next to the time portal. So I sent them back home again, and this time the game quit unexpectedly in the middle of the loading screen. I have tried many times, but every time the game crashed when loading halfway through the progress bar. Besides this problem, my Sims have some problems I keep ignoring.😭 I am not sure whether these problems caused the game to quit unexpectedly. First, when the game launches successfully, my launcher will quit and pop up a problem report for Sims, like 'Sims3 quit unexpectedly.' But it doesn't affect the game from launching. It also happens when I click the button to check the downloads, uploads, and installation parts on the Launcher. The second issue is that I can't load a game when I try to start or choose a family in a different world or select a dorm in college. The button turns grey. I can still turn to the left and right in the world. About this problem, I have posted before. Choose Household, Start Playing now won't work. I am really sorry I didn't reply because I stopped playing for a while, and this situation suddenly recovered without any movement. So I kept playing for a few months, until this problem occurred again recently. I have installed some mods, including NRaas ErrorTrap, Overwatch, and MasterController. Hi all, For last few weeks, the right side of the EA app is in indefinite loading screen. My profile pic, status and friend list are a part of this infinite loading screen, PFA. Because of this, in game friends who are online don't show up as well as I don't show as Online for my friends. I have no issue playing the game but I am no longer able to play with my friends. Tried the following but nothing helped: App uninstall and re-install. Delete reg edit entries, clear local data after EA uninstall and reinstall. Delete Apex legends and EA app, delete all involved folders, local data, reg edit entries and reinstall. Restart router. Also tried installing EA app in D: drive(custom location) but it keeps installing in C: drive. Not sure if this helps though.Solved15KViews39likes363CommentsDesign challenges now
Okay, this upgrade BS has gone too far! Trying to finish a design challenge is nearly impossible now, every design coin you make goes on upgrades!! Then my buildings get abandoned.. I was off line 3hrs!!! Upgraded one service and it took all my simoliens instead of design coins so now I can't upgrade buildings to earn enough to finish laying nice roads etc etc. Wtf are they doing?? I spent money which makes me even more upset because it got me nowhere so no more real money unless you make it worthwhile. I spent the past year building my city and had to demolish over half of it, you've made this game unaffordable, frustrating, depressing & pointless. Platform: PC Hello DICE / EA Team, I am writing this post to bring attention to a serious and ongoing issue affecting the Battlefield 1 servers. Over the past few days, it appears that the game servers are under some form of network attack or are experiencing severe stability problems that are ruining the gameplay experience for the community. Here are the specific issues we are encountering: Server-Wide Kicks (Mass Disconnections): In the middle of a match, the server will suddenly kick all players at once. It doesn’t show a typical "Ping Lock" or "Connection Lost" error; instead, everyone is sent back to the main menu simultaneously. This suggests the server instance is crashing or being forcibly disrupted. 2. Unexplained Disconnects: Players are experiencing random "You have lost connection to the session" errors, even with stable internet connections and low ping. This happens regardless of the server region or player count. 3. Missing Loadouts & Weapon Progress: This is the most concerning issue. Upon reconnecting after these server disruptions, some players have reported that their soldier loadouts have been reset. In worse cases, progress on weapon unlocks, attachments, or even DLC weapons appear to be temporarily "locked" or missing from the inventory, as if the server failed to save the post-match progress correctly due to the abrupt disconnection. Community Impact: These attacks/instabilities are making the game nearly unplayable. You cannot finish a full Operation or Conquest match. Furthermore, the issue with disappearing items is causing major anxiety within the community—players are afraid of losing progress on weapons they spent hours unlocking. Request: Could the team please look into the server logs for the affected regions? We need stability improvements and protection for the server infrastructure. Additionally, if items are lost, is there a way to restore them, or will progress need to be re-grinded? Thank you for your hard work.
