Tile Hero Not Working - July 2026
I know that they already have something up about it not loading, but mine "loaded" the other day and it said it couldn't load user data and started me over at Level 1. However it won't move past the screen where you can 'help' the person in the story. It says I need 1 star to do a task but won't actually give me any stars to move forward. It's literally been stuck on this screen for days, and I haven't been able to do any of the challenges for this game. Is anyone else having this issue?
Cannot login to my account
Hi, I've been playing on and off for 13 years. I came back to the game a few weeks ago linking my account to steam. Yesterday I've played a few hours with no problem. Today I cannot login. I have the right account, right password and the security key. Everything works great for weeks. Now since this morning I cannot login. I tried on my laptop; same problem. I tried on an other internet connection; same problem. "Please confirm your login information" ; My information work fine yesterday, nothing has change on my end. I can connect with my account and password on the swtor website; that confirm I have the right account name/password. Please help me. Thank you for your support.
Account Overwritten
My Galaxy of Heroes account has been overwritten (a new account shows up for the game center I have always used, and I can't get my old one back( for over a year. I been trying to get it back recently, but no luck. It was connected to Game Center, but not this EA account, because at the time, I did not have an EA account. I did not take a picture of my player ID or Ally Code. But it was connected to Game Center.
