Service Initialisation Failure
I've seen a couple of threads about this, and I've tried everything and the error is still coming up. I have a 12th Gen Intel, and this is the first time trying to play on this laptop. I bought everything from Origin, but obvs that doesn't exist anymore so it's all on EA now. I've tried Restarting my laptop Reinstalling the game/EA Cleaning the game/EA with Revo Task manager manually having 1CPU But still it does not work. I love the sims and haven't played in a few years but am desperate to play. If anyone has any ideas I'd be so appreciative. TIA xGame crashes with pink pixelated screen
I’ve got the same problem that multiple others are experiencing with the game crashing when trying to move or add a services building into the capital city. EA support said log it on here. Only happens in capital city. I can’t complete the services update until this is resolved as the game crashes all the time. Device iPad Pro 11” 2nd gen iOS version 26.2.1 Game version 1.74.2.150717 What you were doing when it happened adding a services building into capital city Whether it happens every time or every now and again every time Does troubleshooting help to resolve it temporarily, or not at all? No. Fault only in capital city.200Views4likes12CommentsEmail address has been deleted, how do i change it with my password
Hiya! I have been a huge fan of the sims 4 for a long time now. I started playing it when origin was still an app! But to the point, my email address has been deleted for some reason. Ive been trying so so hard to find a way to change it without a verification but still, no luck. I have spent at least 300-400 euros on the sims 4 and i dont want to lose all of my extensions. Is there any way i can change my email with only my password and a little bit of hope?19Views0likes0CommentsCamera Angle issue (UTAH Arena)
In be a pro fixed camera mode, as soon as the camera lowers towards defensive zone (the goalie zone), the camera slides back down the arena and it ends up going through the stands platform (that arena has kind of an advertising structure). I feel like the camera is not set properly to not go that further back compared to other arenas that don’t have that structure. The problem is that by the camera being too fat back and going through the stands “rendering” , the camera films behind the stands hence blocking the whole gameplay, the front of the structure is displayed in the whole screen blocking everything. Not sure if it’s clear but hope it helpsUnable to launch BF2
BF2 used to launch perfectly fine and I was able to run it, but recently whenever I try launching it I get an error saying unable to connect. The other games I have on the EA launcher run perfectly fine including online. I attached the popup on the post. Any help??22Views0likes1CommentGame crash prevention help
I recently got my game started up again on a brand new Windows 11 PC. I installed EA, all the necessary redistributable files as well as Direct X. DeviceConfig says my GPU was not "Found" but it IS "Matched", if that makes any difference, using the GPU Add-On tool. I also have some mods installed. Now I just would like tips to keep my game from crashing because Dxdiag is showing a bunch of errors. The DxDiag mentions "Live Kernel event" So I googled the troubleshooting steps for that issue and I either did all of these steps or I didn't have to do them because the settings were already applied: Disable Overclocking: If you are overclocking your GPU or CPU, reset them to default speeds. Check for Overheating: Monitor your system temperatures. Clean dust from fans and ensure proper airflow. Run System Scans: Open command prompt as administrator and run sfc /scannow to fix corrupted system files. Game-Specific Settings: Compatibility Mode: Right-click the Sims 3 shortcut, go to Properties, Compatibility, and set to Windows 7 or 8. Run as Admin: Enable "Run this program as an administrator". Limit FPS: The Sims 3 often fails to limit frame rates, causing overloads. Use NVIDIA Control Panel or RivaTuner to limit the game to 60 FPS. Check Power Supply: In some cases, this error indicates the Power Supply Unit (PSU) cannot handle the power load. I did all of these steps, including "check power supply"- This entire PC is less than 2 months old, and I did pick out a higher end power supply. The only step I did not do was this one because I read it could possible harm my PC: Update/Reinstall GPU Drivers: Use DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) to completely remove existing graphics drivers and install the latest versions from the NVIDIA or AMD website. I was wondering if anyone had any other suggestions on things I could do without doing something that could destroy my components? Thanks.75Views0likes10CommentsNeed Support - Missing Skate Insider/Playtest Rewards
I participated in TWO separate play tests, before they went to open play test/early access. I have not been rewarded with the in-game items as described. September 2024 and March 2025 are the TWO play tests I participated in. Missing all insider reward items and in game currency. Your customer support also is doing a bad job. They IMMEDIATELY close out tickets and mark them as 'RESOLVED' when they didn't actually escalate the problem or do anything to help. Very DISHONEST. I have been a skate supporter since Skate 1 on the PS3 and have purchased every single title. Why should I keep supporting EA and SKATE if you can't even deliver what was promised for play testers? I would like the rewards that were promised and for YOU as a developer to uphold your end of said promise. Thank you.24Views0likes2Commentstrying to launch EA SPORTS FC 24 on my PC
Hi, I am trying to launch EA SPORTS FC 24 on my PC, but the game closes at the start of EA Javelin AntiCheat and returns to EA App with this error: “EA Javelin AntiCheat encountered an error (136)” I have already tried: Resetting Windows Installing the latest EA App Running the blue EA AntiCheat installer as Administrator Repairing the game Checking Secure Boot and UEFI Disabling antivirus Reinstalling AntiCheat The game still won’t launch. This seems to be an AntiCheat registration issue on my PC. Please help me fix this so I can play FC 24. Thank you.13Views0likes2Comments
