Garden Blast: Not Loading with Spinning Flower
For several days now (about 4) Garden Blast has hung up on loading the main Play screen - it just sits on the spinning flower after you press Play. Not all but some other users seem to be having the same issue. PC Windows 11 version 25H2 Version 153.0.8010.53 (Official Build) (64-bit) Cleared cache and cookies, rebooted. Still not loadingRewards
Is anyone else (or everyone?) having trouble receiving their constellation rewards? At 1st I just thought I missed seeing them but for the last few weeks I’ve been making a point to look for them and I have NOT received any! I have shut down and restarted - nothing new has happened. Waited a day or so - nothing. What’s the deal?I am not receiving verification code for my email to identity myself.
No matter how many times I hit send verification code to my email or phone number associated with my original account (not this email) I do not receive a code. I have checked my spam and promotions folder and I have checked blocked users and those are not the problem. help me. I am so frustrated. I have spent hundreds of dollars on the sims and I cannot access it at all. I have had this account since 2015. I’m very unhappy
Sims 3 physical disc codes “redeemed” but EA help can’t help me?
So, my two sisters and I used to share the copies of the Sims 3 physical discs we had. I’ve had the urge to go back and play them due to bugs with Sims 4 that are getting annoying. Finally dig them out of the old office at my mum’s place and take the set I have back with me. Go to enter the codes - they’re redeemed. I did figure this might happen because one of my sisters or I would’ve put them on the old Sims 3 website. So, I do what every google search says to do - contact EA Help. And I do… and it’s the opposite of helpful. I explain I have the physical disc copies with me right now, with the original packaging, pamphlets and even ERGC files from the old laptop they were installed on. The fact they were gifted to my sisters and I by my parents, and I have an inkling which email they’re assigned to but it’s non-recoverable according to Microsoft. I get told I have to contact the retailers for proof of purchase… I was under 18 when they were bought by my parents, from different retailers. What else can I do, short of buying an external disc drive and HOPING they’ll run on a new PC build? Considering the original price tags are on the disc covers showing $40AUD and they currently still sell the games electronically for $30AUD… repurchasing seems pretty rough too. any solutions or thoughts?Showdown Card Not Upgraded After Match - Football Centre Event Bug
Hello EA Support Team, I am facing a technical issue with the Football Centre Showdown event in FC Mobile. Last week, I selected the Spain player card (112 OVR) for the International Showdown match. Spain won the match, and according to the event rules, the card was supposed to upgrade to 113 OVR during the Thursday/Friday content reset. However, it is already Friday morning, and my card is still stuck at 112 OVR. It hasn't received the stats or OVR boost, and the exchange menu is still showing the base rewards instead of the upgraded 480 points. I have already tried clearing my game cache and restarting the app, but the issue persists. Please look into this server-side delay and sync the live data to upgrade my card. Thank you.
