Account suspended for no reasson
Hello, i would like to report this as it is a huge problem in my opinion. So basically, i bought ea play subscription to play f1 25, on PC ,not xbox or playstation, i heard you have to pay to acces online services. I tried out the game and a sale came up, so mid subscription i bought the game, online still worked until it expired. I ve tried several hours and agents to talk to but they seem to just ignore this , try to help me,discuss with the team they say, in the end to just say "in order to acces the online game feature u need to pay for the subscription" and that what i bought its acctually just the base game ,like what??? i ve searched on google and no, it says that u can play the game online on pc atleast as long as u pay for it , and it frustrates me that no one takes my concern into consideration,i already have 50 hours and cant refund the game to buy it on another accoun ,and that now support doesnt help me i dont know what to do ,so please leave suggestions . Also question ,would the online work if a buy the game on a new account? without a prior subscription, thanks . Speaking for the manager dont come with the message to contact support ,i already tried , maybe forward this as i am not the only one with this problem, thank you
VR not working (AMD 9070XT)
I also askes AMD about this issue: On my GPU 9070XT i still have a VR issue. Tried everything with new and the latest 25.10.2 driver but no luck. So i'm back on the AMD 25.4.1 release (amd-software-adrenalin-edition-25.4.1-win10-win11-apr22-rdna). INGAME: Tried everything, but i still get a strange grey image in VR and only the HUD ingame is showing correctly (with F1 25). I saw posts online with positive results. Is there anything you can do? Or do you have any tips/tricks? Note: this only occurs in F1 25, all other games DO workF1 25 settings are gone after joining a friend's invite via Steam
I just joined a multiplayer invite from a friend via Steam. When I entered the game, all my settings were completely reset, including the setup for every track I've saved since I started playing F1 25. Other settings, like controller setup, were also lost, as were my assist settings, camera, and in-game profile (livery, racing suit, helmet, face). Even all of my career saves are gone. I'm really sad as I've been playing MyTeam Career for 3 seasons, and then it's gone. However, some things remained, like tech level, Fan Zone, and trophies. Is there a solution to this problem?
F1 25 – EA Account Required / Cannot Connect to Online Services
Hi EA Team, I have the same issue that others reported a few months ago. When I try to play F1 25 on Steam, I get the "EA Account required" message, even though my Steam and EA accounts are properly linked. I can’t access any online features. My game crashes to desktop when: Loading ANY Time Trial (vehicle class/team/track doesn't matter, shown in TIME TRIAL.mp4) Accessing Driver Profile/Race&Casual Wear (DRIVER CUSTOMIZATION.mp4) F1 World Series Races (Same as TIME TRIAL.mp4, so no video attached) AFTER a ranked online match, before the XP screen/podium cutscene -- this means I never get credit for finishing my races (ONLINE RANKED.mp4) The game is completely bugged when I try to do a solo/offline Grand Prix (GRAND PRIX.mp4). When hosting a multiplayer Grand Prix, I get stuck in spectator mode and am unable to take control of a car. This doesn't happen when I join someone else's Grand Prix. I have owned this game since January this year and have had these issues as long. I have tried the following fixes to no avail: Editing hardwaresettings.cfg to disable ray tracing etc. as often seen suggested. updating my BIOS toggling every in-game graphic setting removing old ram sticks (in case there was some sort of memory failure) reinstalling the game multiple times verifying integrity of game files removing my save/driver data (fresh account) updating graphics drivers rolling back graphics drivers Firewall settings Updating/repairing EA Anti Cheat There are never any errors or warnings given when game crashes. It simply crashes straight to desktop (in the example videos, the video end is the game crashing). Event Viewer also shows nothing about the game or EA Anti Cheat. I have seen many people have similar crashing issues to me, such as with the Time Trial crashes, but there is never a real response or fix. I am begging EA to help me sort this out. I just want to play online and actually get credit for my finishes, or do practice in Time Trial.F1 Bug 25
DRS, RPM & Acceleration drop after a few laps (PS5 + G29) Text: I’m playing F1 25 on PS5 with a Logitech G29 wheel. After around 3–5 laps, the car starts losing performance in strange ways: DRS stops working, even when it’s available Engine won’t rev properly in 6th or 7th gear – top speed drops noticeably Car suddenly feels slow on straights, despite full throttle DRS flap sometimes closes on its own and won’t open again Downshifting helps briefly, but the issue comes back It doesn’t always happen in the same places – affected corners or sectors keep changing What I’ve tried: Full PS5 reboot and clean wheel reconnection Tested different control profiles and assists G29 works fine in other games F1 23 had no problems – F1 24 already showed similar issues, but F1 25 is worse This makes Time Trial, Career Mode, and League Racing almost unplayable. I really hope Patch 1.04 fixes this, but if not, please escalate this to the dev teamOnline And Friends Not Working
when I click on “player hub” and then click on “friends” the “communicating with online services” shows up and doesn’t go away and then I am stuck their unless I restart the game. This also happens when I click on “mail”. I go into the screen and then nothing appears and I can’t go back out of it. I also can’t join any public lobbies. And I have checked, it is not my internet because this all worked the last year. So yeah if somebody could help me I would really appreciate it!
The game starts to be unplayable
Since the last update (which was a long time ago, because you can't see often updates here) everything went south. With what should I start? AI - They received a big buff, that big that they didn't care to leave space, break or even receive penalties. You will get rammed, sent of track and you will still receive warnings or even penalties because the AI is in God Mode! Errors - Errors after errors. On invitational mode you can't join the lobbies from the first time, you will receive an error that pops you out of the game, and you need to try again. Bugs- Every time when I join a wet race DRS is available, plus the AI are way faster, it's like I'm playing with a 20% Higher difficulty level. I don't know if the DLC will come soon, but someone needs to have a look into this game. My feeling that nobody cares anymore to improve this game.F125 Crashes After 5-10 minutes
F125 crashes to desktop after playing for 5-10 minutes. Game will freeze with audio stuck on that exact moment for 5-10 seconds before crashing to desktop with no error message. Each time it crashes I verify files and between 1-11 files consistently fail to validate. On each start of the game the EA anticheat installer runs which leads me to believe that the anticheat has some sort of issue. I have tried the following: - Fresh install - Verifying files - Uninstalling hardware settings - Repairing EA anticheat through the EA Javelin Anticheat setup - Ensuring PC is in secure boot - Uninstalling just the .exe file and verifying files - Updating windows - Updating graphics drivers None of these have worked and I am stuck crashing. DxDiag file is attached.
