Device not compatible with new version (Samsung Galaxy A13 5G)
Hi everyone! This is an issue that occurred again a year and a half ago. I own a Samsung Galaxy A13 5G android smartphone and while the game was running properly until yesterday, now the Google Play Store has a non-combatibility warning. Please fix that issue. Hello, the game was working fine for me since I began playing, but today I started getting an unknown error when I try to log into the game, the game loads in fine until I almost get in and then I get the error message. Sometimes I even get the pop up for the current event or see my front page for a tiny second before getting the error again. When the new version launched, all previous login methods stopped working for me (I usually logged in with Google Play), I can only use guest login on my device. However, I am planning to change to new device soon, but since my account is not linked, I wonder how it can be migrated? When I click "link accounts" icon for Google or EA sports, I get an immediate linking failed message, What should I do to keep my account if I want to switch to a new device or will have an issue with current one?
