Game is Very "Sluggish" - Freezes 4 times every few minutes
VERY frustrated with SimCity Buildit! The game "freezes" or locks up 4 times every few minutes, making the game very difficult to play. This has happened since the last update to Services 2.0. Am playing on a Amazon Kindle Fire (Android), which I have been for years. Was hoping that this was temporary and would be fixed soon, but it has not yet been resolved.In-game "Contact Us" feature stuck on loading
Hi everyone, Recently, I encountered a technical bug with the Mayor’s Contest Wheel. This glitch caused my account to be flagged incorrectly, and I’ve been placed in the "Isolator Server" (banned?). I can no longer see the normal Global Trade HQ or participate in Club activities. EA Support instructed me to use the in-game "Contact Us" feature to submit a ticket. They stated this is the only way for the technical team to access my data and fix the bug. However, the "Contact Us" button is stuck on a perpetual loading screen. I’ve tried switching networks, clearing cache, and reinstalling the app, but nothing works. I even tried looking for the old 「simcity-buildit.zendesk.com」 portal I saw in YT, but that site is now defunct. Has anyone successfully loaded the in-game support page? (Are there specific network or VPN settings required?)Broken Ad Loop - Forge of Empires - Tab S9 FE / Android 16
Im currently experiencing a frustrating issue with a specific advertisement: 'Forge of Empires'. The ad plays until the end, and the 'X' to close it appears after 'Reward Granted'. However, the 'X' is completely unresponsive. I have to use the Android 'Back' button to return to the game, but then I don't receive my reward. The worst part is that this specific ad keeps reappearing in a loop, making it impossible to collect any bonuses. Since the Service 2.0 rollout on my SamsungTab S9 FE (SM-X510), the game has been struggling with performance anyway, and this broken ad loop makes it even harder to participate in COM or the Design Challenge. Is anyone else having trouble with this specific spot or similar unresponsive UI elements in ads after the update? It’s very disruptive. Thanks for any help!"simcity apparently already playing
just downloaded simcity and it wont play. i checked that my laptop met all the requirements and it does. i click to run the game and it says im not connected to the internet, which i am, and asks me if i want to continue single-player or quit. clicking single player does nothing, it returns to my desktop and if i click to run the game again, it says the games already running. ive tried rebooting my laptop but still the same issue. whats going on? why wont it run? can anyone help please? 🙏Railroads not connecting to bridges
I am curious, within my Sunny Isles city and Frosty Fjords regions. I am having issues with railroads not connecting to bridges. Sunny Isles I am unable to connect first island to the second island. I have tried different ways to connect them and they won't. Within Frosty Fjords, the first bridge of railroad will connect on the snow side but not across the ravine, to the other side. I have uninstalled, waited for a few minutes. Reinstall it.bI have deleted roadways and railroads and tried with no way to connect. This has started when, the system was connected my railroads to the train that runs along the mountain side. Now, these 2 regions are not operating right ever since Can anyone help me understand why. I found a Bug on the bright islands railway bridge, when I bulldozed the railway tracks that were on the bright islands bridge, after that I could no longer build railway tracks on the bridge, and I could not connect the railway tracks through the bridge, so the railway line was cut off.
My EA Account is a bit messy
Hi folks, I just realized that my EA account lost all the order history (I only have a "quest_item" listed there without any value), and I am not being able to play some games. I have the licenses since I bought them and played before, but now I can't download anymore because it says that I can't download since I have to buy it (the actual message is in the attached print screen). I don't have the order history to proof I bought it anymore either. Just my screen that displays I own the game as you can see in the attached image. Do you guys know how to proceed? I am having issues with: SimCity Limited Edition Battlefield 3 The Sims 3 The other games at least are installing and working, but still is kind of bizarre.Weekly limit
Has anyone experienced a drastic reduction in their weekly limit? I’m playing in the Megopolis league and my limit was reduced from 390,000 to 198,000. I am hitting that limit in the first 2 days and then I’m out. I can no longer earn rewards for a full 4 days. Doesn’t seem fair. I reported it to customer service and they told me they couldn’t do anything about it. I’m very frustrated.
