SuperSim E5 and terrible game support
In the May 2005, due to a game bug, during one of the 4 weeks I only had 9 cards for the SuperSim E5 train instead of 10. The problem was widespread, players from fan communities advised me to write to support because they were credited with the missing card. I have been writing to support for 2 months now, creating a new request every week. Support does not want to solve my issue, writes unsubscribes. I feel like I'm talking to a GPT chat. I sent screenshots, described the problem, no one wants to solve anything. In the last requests on the screenshot it is shown that I have 39 cards, support writes 29. I gave the game 1 point in playmarket, wrote about support.More than 40 people supported the review - this means that there is a problem I don't understand the double standards. Why did some players get cards, and I don't get . The support don't want to do anything to solve my problem! I would like to write a complaint about the support service - this is the first time in games I encounter such a terrible, talentless and disgusting support. All desire to play disappears I really want the missing card and compensation(50000 railroad sim, 1000 simcash) to be issued.199Views3likes8CommentsI cheated and I was banned, but I want to start over.
I admit it, I cheated on Simcity Buildit. I gave myself billions of simcash through Cheat Engine, on my pc. And the consequence for this was that my account got banned, or restricted, since now I can't find my friends on the game and I can only join a small amounts of clubs. I had my account for over a decade I believe and it has been ruined by a mistake that I made, and I take full responsibility of my action. The thing is, I wanted to start over, to be unbanned, to enjoy the game once again. I was wondering if some developer or admin or someone who works for EA could see this post and unban me. I know it sounds like a bold request, but I am deeply sorry for my mistake and I want to apologize, and I want to play the game that I used to spend so many hours in when I was younger. Even if that means removing all of my simcash, or even setting my simcash balance to negative. I will accept any punishment, because I understand the serious mistake that I made. Hi everyone, I've been playing SimCity for a long time, but for the last month I took a break and uninstalled It, saving all my progress in my EA account (my account is made on Outlook mail). Now, today I reinstalled the game and I found out the there's no Sign In with EA option, it's just gone. Why? all my progress was saved in my EA account, and now if I can't login through it, is all my progress lost? please guys can anyone help me with this? it would mean a lot. I'm receiving frequent error messages. Several every hour whilst playing, so I can't access the chat screen, the war screen, the CoM screen etc. I use a 4 year old iPad. 9th generation. iOS 18.5 I clear the cache daily. There are no other issues on any of my other devices. No other devices are usually on whilst I'm playing . I don't have anything else running on the iPad. I'm on 4G WiFi. Signal is great.
