EA refused to restore seasonal currency after fixing issue
On the first day of COM/Mayors Pass/Event Track I collected the first set of 2850 seasonal coins in the event track BEFORE noticing the "grey circle" problem with the seasonal coin store. For many of us, the seasonal store could not be accessed due to some error causing only grey circles. Later they finally fixed the grey circle problem and I could access the seasonal coin store, however whatever they did to "reset" it caused me to lose the 2850 seasonal coins I collected from the event track. I took screenshots and contacted "Customer Support" in the Help area of the game, and over the course of the last 5 days they answered exactly once per day, ending today to say I must be confused and that I didn't spend them all last season. In reality i DID spend them all last season and I am NOT confused. My screen shots clearly show the circle issue THIS CURRENT SEASON, the one collected event track item, and the balance of the season coins showing 0. They just refuse to be of any help and just insult you instead.

I need help and simcity company can give me new players id number? My English no so good, but I really try to protect my rights. I believe no one like someone hacked your account and cloned sales in simcity games. I start simcity since 2018 until now….spends a lot money from simcity company. please anyone know or simcity official can take serious look my case.

I have suggestions for build bridges more functional and accessible for steam boat and river boat to passing through under the bridges can it be modified so all boats can go through under all bridges and make all boats sizes smaller so it can fit under all bridges and it can pass through and make all the boats moving not just stay still on the waterE5 SUPER SIM CARD BUYING GLITCH.

Reward Glitch and Player Experience: During Week 2 and Week 3, a glitch caused many players, including myself, to receive incorrect rewards instead of the expected E5 Super Sim Cards. Although the event interface showed the cards as rewards, different and unrelated items were delivered instead. Despite this being a widespread issue, there was no compensation or return of the missing cards from the developers. This was especially frustrating for players who were actively participating and possibly spending resources in anticipation of collecting all available cards. Conclusion: The reward glitch, along with the absence of any resolution or acknowledgment, negatively impacted the player experience. Deberían considerar el que las regiones también generen impuestos para recolectar diariamente desde el ayuntamiento, ya que he comprobado junto a mi club que lo único a considerar en la recolección de impuestos es la población de ciudad capital, eso quita el interés en las regiones, para que razón gastaré materiales/simoleones para establecer población regional si no me generará el incentivo como alcalde?
