Lady Bridgerton Event is not working (Gnomes trying to fix message)
I play on my PlayStation 5 and the new event is not letting me claim anything. On the home event screen it says next reward in 4 days 19 hours and then on the gameplay screen it says please wait and try again as the gnomes try to fix the failure. Is anyone else having this same issue? I’ve been waiting and have been sooo excited for this event to come out 😭 Anything helps!! Edit By crinrict: Adjusted Title
Bridgerton items not showing up in game.
Hi. I logged in to the event, claimed the items and got an error message, can't remember the exact wording but it was to the effect of "request can't be completed at this time". Now it's showing that the items have been claimed but they're nowhere in my game. I've searched by name, by event rewards, and by just visually searching for them. I've tried repairing the game, removing cache files, and even resetting accountDataDB.package, none of it worked. Can you help me, please?Blank screen after May 2026 update
I just updated my game for this latest update. At first, I could open the game, but I wasn't able to claim my log in awards. I tried restarting a couple of times, didn't work. Then I cleared the localthumbcache.package, now the game is blank. No loading screen, no title, no menu. I've repaired the game in EA App and repaired the EA app. Still blank!
kant conect to the inter net in game
in game i kant conect to iternet no mayre what, i have internet on my computre, no mods or cc, i have tryed unistaling an dreinstaling reoering the game over 20 times, miesed alot of events cus of that(this has bin a issue in for me sins febuary)[sorry if my spellings off i have dyslexia]can't connect to galley/online (steam+ea app)
i play the game via both steam and ea connected. i have not been able to connect online, even though i do have an internet connection. both steam and ea are all updated and can connect online to so i don't know why i can't. when i try get into the marketplace or galley no matter how long i wait it doesn't connect. i have now missed the items from the 3 previous events, even though ive logged in continuously tried to collect the items. i tired a few fixes, like better or worse internet connection, clearing the cache, deleting and reinstalling the sims and fixing any files but it still wont work. i dont have any mods or CC installed and ive got expansion packs on both steam and ea, which is why i used them connected.
