can't connect to galley/online (steam+ea app)
i play the game via both steam and ea connected. i have not been able to connect online, even though i do have an internet connection. both steam and ea are all updated and can connect online to so i don't know why i can't. when i try get into the marketplace or galley no matter how long i wait it doesn't connect. i have now missed the items from the 3 previous events, even though ive logged in continuously tried to collect the items. i tired a few fixes, like better or worse internet connection, clearing the cache, deleting and reinstalling the sims and fixing any files but it still wont work. i dont have any mods or CC installed and ive got expansion packs on both steam and ea, which is why i used them connected.
missing dino magnet
I cannot buy/see the dino magnet (it isn't in the sale items where all the other magnets are) although I completed the event. Can you please help me get this magnet? I'm not sure if anything else is missing - I only know I can't seem to get the dino magnet to complete collections which I am playing/working on. Please help and thanks!
why cant i download event rewards from thee gallery anymore?
i play on console and my game wont let me download event rewards from the gallery anymore. if i try to place a room with the items in it my game acts like im placing it from a pack i dont own and deletes all the items. it used to work so did something break? i havent played in ages but i remember this working before.
