Blast from the past was a bust
I played through the event all at once, days before it ended, at first Week 1 rewards got unlocked easily as expected, but upon finishing the event and saying bye to Emmett... the event panel isn't visible in-game or the homepage... making it impossible for me to click and claim the rest of the rewards.... I tried everything... restarting, restoring, reinstalling, reopening, toggled the online thing on and off... never used a mod... computer's up to date... tried to reach EA customer service to see if I can at least get to download the items I fairly unlocked as per their rules, but to no avail... I just get trapped in an endless loop of unhelpful self-help through their Q&A's section. Going in circles and getting no answers and no help. It's so disappointing, it might be the last time I'm touching the game in a long while... and I had already saved up for a few packs (It did shake me out of a Sims splurging trance and I ended up putting that money to good use). Has this issue happened to anyone else?.... did they get it resolved through customer service/tech support or you just gave up?
Completed sticky fingers aspiration but no reward trait (teens)
Mods I have: MC command center, plantsim lives, better exceptions, xml injector, sulani fishing fix, all worlds are residential My save is pretty big so it could be a corruption issue but I haven't had this with any other aspiration just the new one. Restarted the game and the trait is still missing Edit By Crinrict: Removed time limited events tag as that is meant for events like 'blast from the past' which I assume this is unrelated to
Last day of event is misleading
I thought April 1 was the last day to finish the event blast from the past? I’m really disappointed that the day isn’t over but the event is. I know it was extended but I really tried to get it done and thought I had time still :( I was so close. Also when you have to fix the computer it never broke and I had a computer that could be broken I ended up getting stuck on it and I wasn’t able to get a computer to break on time.
Blast From the Past - The Setback - Activate the Time Travel Component
I’ve been stuck on this forever hoping the game would just fix itself & the option would just appear but no matter what I do the option will not show. I’m so frustrated I don’t know what to do I’m just trying to do these stupid tasks before this ends. Any ideas? I’m on Ps5, my game is up to date, I’ve looked for this option on multiple computers but none have it.
