Market banned after trading regularly
Hey there, I know that no EA representative will probably ever care about what I post here, or do anything about it for that matter, but what the hell. I returned to the game after a 4-month hiatus for the World Cup promo. Naturally, my team was outdated, I had very little coins, and I needed to catch up quickly. So I spent hours grinding the market through the game itself, the web app, and the companion app — using the exact tools and functionalities that EA provides for players to trade and improve their teams. After a few hours, I finally managed to find some great deals. One of them was TOTS Dumornay, listed for 28.5k. That was obviously far below her market value, and probably listed by accident, but that has always been part of Ultimate Team trading. Sniping, mass bidding, finding underpriced cards — these have been legitimate strategies since FUT has existed. It's precisely what makes the game fun, FFS. Not even 30 minutes later, boom: my account gets banned from using the transfer market on any platform for the current FC title. Brilliant. When I appealed the ban, EA failed to provide any actual data-driven proof that my account participated in coin buying or coin selling. I received nothing except generic, copy-pasted replies after waiting 24 hours. No transaction logs. No specific explanation. No actual evidence showing what exactly I supposedly did wrong. This has been a controversial topic for years. People apparently get false flagged for mis-clicking and listing a player too cheaply, or for buying a card that someone else listed too low. Meanwhile, I still see low-value cards going for ridiculous amounts on bid on a regular basis. So who decides what is suspicious and what is fair? Why does making a good deal for breadcrumbs get treated like coin trading? Are players not allowed to use the market to make coins anymore? Are we expected to live off the 500 coins we get per game? If finding an underpriced card is enough to trigger a ban, then what exactly is the point of having a transfer market? Are we all just supposed to turn to the store when we want a certain card? The worst part is the appeal process. EA expects players to defend themselves in a tiny text box with a character limit, while providing no meaningful information about the accusation. A normal player cannot go through hidden market logs and explain every transaction in detail. You are basically asked to build a case against an invisible system, with no evidence, no context, and no real transparency. How am I supposed to prove that market sniping or mass bidding was legitimate when EA does not even tell me which transaction caused the flag? They provide no solid proof, but hey, they give you an option to appeal the case, where all you can really say is that you haven't bought or sold any coins from anyone/anywhere. How am I supposed to back something I haven't done? 🤣 Am I supposed to provide a screenshot of all my bank transactions over 2 months course, or what exactly is expected from me? All of that anyway, just to get an AI generated pre-written response. At this point, I'm convinced that the appeal process is only there for the sake of existing. Same as the customer support, where you're greeted with an AI agent, that will only refer you to articles that you've read a 100 times instead of connecting you to a human being, capable of actually understanding that you've been false-flagged and have in fact done nothing wrong. Apparently, times have changed and you are not actually allowed to grind market for coins. I suppose it's better to join a trading discord that's price fixing the market, based on leaked information. That's supposedly not an unfair advantage, or against the ToS, but buying cheap players, within means that the game naturally provides is.... 🤣. The funny thing is that trading finally felt useful again. The market felt less saturated, there were fewer obvious bots, and for once it felt possible to grind coins properly instead of constantly losing value. Then the moment you actually make a good purchase, you get punished for it. I do not care much about the ban at this point, and honestly, I care even less about the game after this. I have played FIFA/FC for around 12 years, bought the game almost every year, supported the franchise, spent money on it, and this is how legitimate players get treated. Brilliant stuff. So, moral of the story: If you are an EA employee, do better. If you are going to punish long-term players, at least have the decency to provide clear evidence and a real explanation instead of hiding behind generic replies, where all you get is this : You break our rules (link) if you: • Engage in coin distribution • Buy Coins • Sell Coins If you are an FC player, be careful what you buy. Apparently, the dopamine from making a great purchase can only last so long. Goodbye. You won't be missed.😐35Views0likes0CommentsRemove PlayStyles, Roles and Evos + Separate Men and Women in Ultimate Team
I would like to share some suggestions to improve Ultimate Team and make gameplay more balanced. Remove PlayStyles PlayStyles make player attributes much less important. For example, a player with 40 shooting but the Finesse Shot PlayStyle+ can sometimes perform better than a player with 99 shooting without that PlayStyle. Even if PlayStyles are nerfed, the difference will still exist because the ability itself changes gameplay mechanics. This makes squad building more about PlayStyles than about stats. Remove Roles Roles create a similar problem to PlayStyles. They change how players perform beyond their real attributes and make team building more complicated. Separate Men's and Women's Ultimate Team Having men and women in the same mode can create balance problems. Physical differences like height, strength and body types can make balancing difficult. Goalkeepers are also very different in height. Creating two separate Ultimate Team modes could allow both to be balanced better. Remove Evolutions Evolutions often create cards that become stronger than many normal players. Even when balanced, they still create a big gap between upgraded cards and regular ones. Removing Evolutions would simplify the progression system. Thank you for reading this feedback.500Views8likes9CommentsRigged gameplay?
Anyone find that sometimes their competitor's team and the game elements just become so tilted that it's impossible to succeed? I'm talking like weird gravitational type pulls against the direction you're moving your guys, passes that cannot escape going right to the defender, impossible clearances from inside your own box where the opponent's attacking player dribbles with impunity like they have a forcefield around them. I know it's just a video game, but it's terribly deflating and depressing me honeslty. Am I the only one? What do I do? I'm a beginner i know but have been putting in a ton of time practicing and have played close at some clearly talented people too when "conditions" appear to be fair/unaltered.66Views1like5CommentsPS5 Ultimate Team menus freezing (possible Sky Broadband routing issue)
Hi, I’m having ongoing issues with Ultimate Team on PS5 in EA Sports FC 26. Main problems: Ultimate Team menus frequently freeze (e.g. “Updating Store”, “Checking Squads”) Green loading icon spins indefinitely Sometimes get kicked out of Ultimate Team with connection errors Important details: Gameplay is completely fine (around 8 ms ping, no lag in matches) Companion App and Web App work perfectly with no issues Problem only affects FUT menus on console Internet speed is very high (800+ Mbps) NAT Type 2 Key observation: When I connect my PS5 to a mobile hotspot, Ultimate Team loads instantly and works perfectly When I switch back to my home broadband (Sky), the issue returns What I’ve already tried: Reinstalling the game Rebuilding PS5 database Restarting router (including long power-off) Changing DNS settings Testing MTU Using both Ethernet and Wi-Fi Logging out/in of EA account Clearing saved data Conclusion: This appears to be a routing issue between Sky Broadband and EA servers affecting FUT content (menus/store), while gameplay servers work normally. Would appreciate any help or confirmation if this is a known issue.1.7KViews8likes58CommentsOne Final Honest Opinion
I truly hope this is the last post I ever make on this forum. I also hope my thoughts are clear enough to reach people who are in the same situation as me. This year alone I played around 1000 hours of Ultimate Team. I’ve been playing this franchise since FIFA 06, so over the years I’ve invested a huge amount of time, energy, and money into these games. And honestly? This year’s game is truly awful. At the beginning of this month I also received a transfer market ban, despite never doing anything illegal. I never bought coins, never used third-party websites, never cheated. I simply traded intelligently on the market while playing only on console. Treating customers this way is unacceptable, especially after they invest hundreds or thousands of hours into your game. So here’s my final honest opinion on the current state of EA FC: 1. Gameplay Changes Constantly The most exhausting thing about this game is that it never feels stable. One day your players move perfectly, the next day they feel completely broken. Same tactics, same team, same connection—totally different gameplay. 2. The Game Feels Random I’m not even saying “script” or DDA anymore. But what exactly are players supposed to call it when: 50-meter passes work perfectly, simple 3-meter passes fail constantly, rebounds always fall to the opponent, and goals happen over and over in the final minutes? 3. AI Is Completely Broken Your defenders stand still watching attackers score, while your opponent’s AI presses like prime Barcelona. Midfielders don’t track runs properly. Fullbacks abandon their positions. Attackers hide behind defenders instead of attacking space. It genuinely feels like you’re fighting your own AI more than your opponent. 4. Animations Override Inputs Sometimes it honestly feels like your commands don’t matter. I have clips saved where: I aimed a simple pass backward, and my player randomly performed a skill animation instead, creating a perfect assist completely different from my input. Another time I tried passing right in the 90th minute, and somehow the ball magically went left to a completely free player who scored. Moments like these don’t feel rewarding—they feel manipulated. 5. You Can Predict Matches Within Seconds After playing thousands of matches, you can almost tell instantly whether the game will let you compete. Sometimes opponents with average pace players move like they have rockets attached to their feet from kickoff. Meanwhile your own players feel heavy and delayed for no reason. 6. Servers Are Unacceptable For a company this large, server quality is embarrassing. Delayed gameplay Random disconnects Lag spikes Heavy gameplay during peak hours And somehow this has been happening for years. 7. Goalkeepers Make No Sense Goalkeepers are either gods or completely useless. Weak shots go through them. Impossible shots get saved. There’s zero consistency. 8. Meta Players Matter More Than Football Knowledge It no longer feels like football IQ matters. What matters is: abusing mechanics, using meta players, triggering broken animations, and copying tactics from content creators. 9. Content Creators Have Too Much Influence The game increasingly feels designed for: pack openings, social media clips, skill spam, and “crazy comeback” moments. Not actual football. 10. The Market Feels Unsafe I got transfer banned despite never cheating. Meanwhile: bots still exist, coin sellers still exist, match exploiters still exist, and actual cheaters continue playing normally. Legitimate players are the ones getting punished. 11. Support Is Almost Nonexistent Ban appeals feel automated. You receive generic responses. No real discussion. No way to provide evidence. No transparency. Even contacting support feels impossible now. 12. The Game Pushes Addiction More Than Enjoyment Objectives. Season passes. FC Points. Limited-time promos. Constant grinding. At some point you realize you’re no longer playing because you enjoy football—you’re playing because the game manipulates engagement extremely well. 13. Offline Modes Feel Empty Career Mode barely evolves. AI gameplay feels artificial. Offline football has almost no soul anymore. 14. Patches Usually Make Things Worse Every update creates new problems instead of fixing existing ones. Players spend months adapting to gameplay, only for EA to completely change mechanics again. 15. The Community Gives Feedback Constantly — and Gets Ignored People on these forums genuinely care about football and the franchise. But most major gameplay complaints are ignored year after year while the focus remains on: promos, packs, store content, and monetization. 16. Competitive Integrity Barely Exists A competitive game should reward: consistency, tactical thinking, reactions, and improvement. Instead, too many matches feel influenced by hidden systems, strange momentum swings, and gameplay inconsistency. 17. The Skill Gap Feels Artificial Sometimes weaker players feel heavily boosted while experienced players suddenly struggle to complete basic actions. Helping casual players enjoy the game is fine. Artificially manipulating gameplay is not. 18. Defending Feels Punished Good positioning often doesn’t matter because: rebounds return to attackers, tackles bounce back, defenders freeze, or players get dragged out of position by animations. Sometimes it feels like the game actively wants goals to happen. 19. Pack Weight Feels Predatory You can spend huge amounts of coins or money and receive almost nothing valuable in return. Grinding for months just to pack unusable players kills motivation completely. 20. The Game Creates More Anger Than Fun This is probably the saddest part. Games are supposed to help people relax and enjoy themselves. But after playing EA FC, most people feel: frustrated, exhausted, angry, or mentally drained. And that should never be normal for a football game. 21. This No Longer Feels Like a Football Simulator After 20 years of supporting this franchise, I can honestly say this no longer feels like a football game. It feels like a manipulated engagement system built around frustration, randomness, and spending money. And honestly, getting transfer banned might have been the best thing that happened to me, because it finally pushed me away from a game that was draining time, money, and energy without giving enjoyment back. The Only Real Way Players Can Make a Difference As many people have already been discussing across forums, Reddit, social media, and other gaming communities, it honestly feels like the only way anything will ever change is if players stop buying EA products altogether. Year after year people complain about the exact same issues: broken gameplay, inconsistent servers, terrible support, aggressive monetization, and lack of transparency. Yet nothing truly changes because the game continues generating huge amounts of money regardless of community frustration. At this point, many longtime players are starting to realize that feedback alone is no longer enough. The only thing large companies truly notice is when players stop spending money and stop supporting products that no longer respect their community.481Views9likes15CommentsContent created
Is this fun making the game more difficult specially with bad connection issues button delay. I think it bad idea the are making the gautlane from 4 rounds to 5 it absolutely bad idea at the start of game it’s enjoyable but in every update the make the game boring usually I win 7 or 8 match in fut champions because of wrong matches making button delay I know I am not a good player but I deserve to win 10 match the funny thing is I a friend who usually win 9 matches but every time we play against each other he lose but in fu champions is records is batter than me . I didn’t play fut champions since start of tots because it’s more stressful and unenjoyable and at the end rewards or not payable . I play rivals friendly specially gautlane but unfortunately the make the gautlane difficult by rising the round to 5 . the number of players who play fc 26 already drop by making such **bleep** decision the will fully dead . The make pay to win there are many players who pay to someone to achieve higher rank you help them . This is one of big reason that game is unenjoyable. I Think Ea must fire those employee that make content . at the end don’t make the game for limited customers make it for everyone it will more enjoyable. sorry about my English it is not my first language I know I have a lot of mistakes in grammar and spelling.13Views0likes0CommentsFC 26 – Connected Career World: The Future of Career Mode

Hello EA SPORTS FC team, I would like to strongly request the addition of a proper Online World Cup / International Tournament Mode, similar to the excitement we had during the FIFA World Cup in Qatar. Back then, one of the most enjoyable experiences was being able to: Choose a national team Play a full online tournament against real players Go through a knockout bracket (group stage → round of 16 → quarterfinals → final) Experience the feeling of a real World Cup competition online This created a very competitive and immersive mode that many players loved, especially during the World Cup period. What I am suggesting: Please add a permanent or recurring Online International Tournament Mode with the following features: Full Online Knockout Tournament Players select national teams (e.g. Croatia, Brazil, France, etc.) 48-team or 32-team bracket format Real-time matchmaking against other players Group stage + knockout rounds (just like real World Cup format) Co-op 2v2 Online Option Allow players to invite a guest/friend Play as a duo (2v2) in online tournament matches Same national team or custom co-op teams This would make the mode even more fun for friends playing together Rewards and Progression Cosmetic rewards (kits, badges, stadium themes) Seasonal ranking or leaderboard for tournament performance Special World Cup event weekends Limited-Time Events Could be released during international breaks or World Cup years Or as a recurring event in FUT / Online Seasons Why this is important: This mode was one of the most exciting parts of previous FIFA World Cup experiences. It felt unique because it was not just Ultimate Team or regular online seasons — it was a true competitive international tournament against real players. Many players still miss this experience and would love to see it return in EA SPORTS FC as a dedicated online mode. Thank you for reading, and I hope this idea reaches the development team.36Views0likes0Comments
