REGARDING SANCTION!

I am writing this appeal with the sincere hope that my account ban on FC26 can be reviewed and resolved as swiftly as possible. I was extremely shocked to discover that my account had been banned without any warning, explanation, or indication that I had violated any rules. I have always made every effort to play fairly, respect the game’s guidelines, and ensure that my participation aligns completely with the Terms of Service. Because of this, I can only assume that my ban was a mistake, an error in the automated detection systems, or a misunderstanding in the review process. I respectfully ask for a full re-evaluation of my case.
I have invested an enormous amount of time, dedication, and financial resources into FC26 this year. As someone who follows the series passionately and plays on a daily basis, FC26 has become more than just a game for me. It is an important part of my daily routine, something I genuinely look forward to, and a space where I’ve built a sense of personal enjoyment and community. I have spent a significant amount of money on in-game content—money that I earned and chose to invest because I trusted this platform and believed in the value of the experience. To suddenly lose access to everything I have worked toward has been devastating.
Because this ban appears to have occurred with no justification provided, it leaves me confused and deeply concerned. I want to emphasize that I did not engage in cheating, coin buying, rule violations, or any form of misconduct. I understand the importance of keeping the player environment fair and secure—this is something I strongly support. But in this case, I am certain I have not done anything that would warrant disciplinary action of any kind. Given this, it is difficult not to believe that the decision was accidental, triggered by an automated system error, or perhaps caused by some misunderstanding involving my account activity. I am more than willing to provide any information, verification, or details necessary to clear this up.
I would also like to express the personal impact this situation has had on me. My mental health has been a struggle, and FC26 has played a positive role in helping me cope with stress and depression. It provides structure, distraction, and a healthy outlet that genuinely helps me manage difficult days. Losing access to the game so abruptly has been extremely upsetting and has added a significant emotional burden to what I’m already dealing with. While I understand that mental health does not directly determine account status, I do want to highlight how important access to this game is to my overall well-being and daily routine. I hope this adds context to the urgency of my request.
I want to be very clear: my intention is not to be hostile or confrontational. I respect the work the team does, and I understand the necessity of rules, enforcement, and protective measures for the player community. But I also believe that customers—especially those who have invested substantial amounts of time and money—deserve transparency, fair treatment, and careful review when an error appears to have occurred. I am reaching out in good faith, hoping for the same in return.
That said, the uncertainty surrounding this issue leaves me with little clarity regarding what options I have if the ban is not lifted. Because I have put both significant financial investment and personal time into FC26, I do hope that the company recognizes the seriousness of this matter. My request is simply that my case be properly reviewed by an actual person who can look at the facts, assess the account history, and confirm that I have not violated any rules. I trust that a human review would make it obvious that the ban was not justified, and that my account should be reinstated along with full access to everything I have worked for.
I kindly ask that you provide the following:
A detailed explanation of the reason for the ban, including what specific violation was detected.
Confirmation that a manual human review will be conducted, rather than relying solely on automated detection.
Restoration of my account access if no valid evidence of wrongdoing is found, which I am confident will be the outcome.
Assurance that my investments—both financial and in-game progress—are not lost due to an error.
I want to resolve this matter peacefully and professionally. I am not seeking conflict; I simply want my account restored so I can return to enjoying the game that I have dedicated so much time and money to. I believe in fairness, transparency, and communication, and I hope the team handling my case feels the same.
Please understand that I am eager to cooperate fully. I am willing to answer any questions, verify account ownership, provide documentation, or clarify anything that might help resolve the issue. I strongly believe that once my account is looked at carefully and manually, it will be clear that the ban was made in error.
