Co-op Career Season 7 Desync Bug Host stuck in Practice Player2 stuck in HQ
My friend and I are currently in Season 7 of our Two-Player Co-op Career. We have just reached the second Grand Prix of the season (China). When loading into the session, the Host (Player 1) successfully enters the workstation/practice screen. However, Player 2 remains completely stuck in the HQ main menu (R&D / Driver updates screen). Player 2 cannot click on anything, and the game does not advance to the practice session for them. We have tried restarting the game and clearing the cache but the game keeps desynced at this exact point in China, effectively breaking our 7-season-long save game.F1 25 coop career mode
Hello EA, me and my friend where playing our coop career mode like usual, when for some reason after a qualifying session in Canada, it deleted our career mode and swapped it out with somebody’s else. It was our third season and I was on racing bulls, while my friend was one Mercedes. It discounted my friend and when we tried to rejoin it had both of us at McLaren. When I checked standings it said the everybody had no points and that me and my friend had like 20. It was very disappointing for us as we spent a lot of time on that and always loved to play that with each other. The way you guys made it made our experience super fun and enjoyable that we always loved to play it with each other. I just want to let you know so you guys and look to make sure it doesn’t happen to anyone else. And I was wondering if me and my friend could receive a free copy of madden 27 as we both owned 26 and want to try and upgrade. Thank you very much for your time and have a good day. Hi everyone, My friend and I are trying to play Co-op Career in F1 25, but unfortunately it's completely unplayable. We successfully created a new Co-op Career, but we constantly get disconnected from the session. Sometimes one of us gets kicked, sometimes both of us lose connection, and eventually we get stuck and can't progress any further. The biggest problem is that we couldn't even complete the very first race. We spent a lot of time reconnecting, restarting the game, and rejoining the session, but nothing helped. Here's what we've already tried: Restarting the game on both PCs. Verifying the game files. Creating a new Co-op Career. Reconnecting multiple times. The issue still happens every time. Has anyone experienced the same problem? If so, were you able to fix it? Any advice or workaround would be greatly appreciated. We're both playing on PC, and both games are fully updated. During me and my cousin's two-player career mode, our starting positions for both the Sprint and Full Race at the Shanghai International Circuit were incorrect. During the Sprint Qualifying, I set 2nd, while my cousin set 16th (was in the bathroom lol). Come the sprint, I was sitting at P1 and he was P2. Now, for the Race Qualifier, I set P1, and my cousin set P6. Come race day, I was P15 and he was P19. I don't understand how this could even be possible, and it is very discouraging to try in Qualifying if this will keep happening. I am a little worried about continuing our career mode if this is a known thing and not resolved. If anyone else has experienced this and found a fix, please let me know. Otherwise, I hope this is an easy fix or track-specific and will be addressed soon.
Workaround: [Silverstone PIT LIMITER 60km/h] DOESN'T WORK
You reduced the pit lane speed at Silverstone to 60 km/h to avoid gaining an advantage on the last lap by entering the pit lane. Your workaround DOESN'T WORK because I've been overtaken numerous times by taking shortcuts on the last lap. My proposed solution to this problem, which has been present in F1 games for many years: The pit lane should be closed on the last lap, and attempting to enter the pit lane should result in a penalty (e.g., DSQ). Similarly, failing to use two different slick tire compounds in the race (in dry conditions) also results in a DSQ penalty. Then, the correct pit lane speed could be set to 80 km/h. It's strange that no one has thought of this after all these years.
Please add official support for PXN VD10 + W CS R2 Direct Drive Wheel
Hello everyone, I'm using a PXN VD10 Direct Drive Wheel Base together with the PXN W CS R2 Steering Wheel on PC. Unfortunately, F1 25 does not include an official profile or preset for this wheel, which makes the setup difficult. Many buttons need to be mapped manually, and some functions are not recognized correctly. Other PXN users have also reported issues, especially with button recognition and the D-pad after firmware updates. The PXN VD series is becoming increasingly popular, and the VD10 + W CS R2 is one of the company's flagship Direct Drive products. I would like to request that Codemasters/EA add: Official support for the PXN VD10 wheel base. A default preset for the PXN W CS R2 steering wheel. Proper Force Feedback profile. Automatic button mapping. Full compatibility with all wheel inputs. At the moment, the PXN VD10/W CS R2 is not listed among the officially supported wheel presets for F1 25. F1 2025 Two Player Career
When me and my brother try to play our two player career, both of our games crash when we click to go to grid reveal. We had a similar issue in our last career (which we deleted because it bugged), where it would always crash our games when we tried to race Australia. W have tried updating our driver (pc, not updating driver ratings), turning off anti-virus, verifying game files, and none of these seem to work.
