Forced to quit HUT Cup Chase due to players not moving
Leading my Cup Chase game at the 2nd intermission and it will not progress to the 3rd period. It sat just showing the goalie on the ice for 20 minutes. I had to force quit the game in order to exit the game. I tried pausing the game, going i to instant replay, changing strategies, quick swap goalie, nothing could force it to move.into the 3rd period. Now I will be taking a loss on this and missing out on my undefeated Cup Chase objectives. Very first game after the patch and my most common problem strikes again. I understand ea doesn’t consider NHL a major title or profit maker but it can be pretty insulting paying such an inflated price for a game that feels unfinished. I would expect all the major bugs to be fixed at the very least. I wish the franchise would finally go to a developer that will make the fan base feel important and not like they’re being taken advantage of[VIDEO EVIDENCE] Spotlight Set Bug: Assets Failed to Load Before Expiration
I am reporting a critical "Server/Client Sync" bug that caused me to lose a Master Set Player I had earned. The Issue: In the final minutes of the Spotlight event, I had earned all required collectibles. However, the Set menu refused to recognize them. The "Cards Available" count would not update, and the "Auto-Fill" feature failed to find the assets that were clearly in my collection. When the Cyber Monday packs dropped they were initially that mess of characters but no actual info... Stupidly I purchase the 112k coin one thinking at worst it was some UT 84+ cards I could exchange. Of course it was 5 useless BND cards. And support said they would not refund the coins despite the issue being their broken info on release. 112k in game coins... And it ensured not one more $ of real money will be spent by me"content updating" bug-gameplay is significantly impacted
HUT "Content Updating" bug-for 3 weeks now my game has popped up a "content updating" message going into any game, any store menu, and set screen, in settings it shows "new version available" but clicking does nothing except pop up the same content updating message. i've deleted and reinstalled the game, cleared ps5 cache, tried restoring license. my players stamina dies instantly, my goalie does not move on any deke move, skaters have their "ankles broken" every stop/start, every loose puck ends up back on opponents sticks, goalie will not tie up a loose puck in front of net.Last 3 spotlight collectibles won't load properly in the inbox
I'm not trying to lose these last 3 collectibles because of the broken sets or animations. There needs to be a serious uptick in the quality of work performed at EA sports NHL. This shouldnt be happening still 4 months in to the game cycle. Attached a video to see but like seriously boys, you guys gotta do better.
