HUT Wildcard mode
After transitioning from the initial period of play into overtime I was met with an “EA Sports” loading screen that indicated the game was “syncing”. Meanwhile the game proceeded to play while I was trapped in this syncing screen. Hitting pause would provide a brief look at the on-ice movements but did not remove the screen. This issue persisted through the entire OT period as well as the shootout after.Celebrini 84 New Wave stuck in lineup and cannot be used in Upgrade Set
Hi, I believe I've encountered a bug with the Macklin Celebrini Upgrade Set in NHL 27 HUT. I have the 84 OVR New Wave Macklin Celebrini (BND) required for the upgrade. However, when I try to add him to the set, I get the following error: “ONE OR MORE SELECTED ITEM(S) ARE CURRENTLY ASSIGNED TO LINEUP(S)” The problem is that I cannot remove Celebrini from that lineup. When I try to access/edit the lineup, the lineup is completely empty, so there is no player to remove or substitute. It looks like the card is stuck or “ghost-assigned” to a lineup that the game still recognizes, even though the lineup itself appears empty. I've tried going back into HUT and managing the lineup, but I still can't free the card to complete the Celebrini Upgrade Set. Platform: PS5 I've attached screenshots showing the Celebrini Upgrade Set, my 84 Celebrini card, the lineup assignment error, and the empty lineup. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a workaround, or could an EA Community Manager please escalate this to the HUT team? Thanks!Game Crashing When Keyboard pops up
My game keeps crashing every time the keyboard pops up on screen and I have tried uninstalling the game, restarting the game and my xbox series x, resetting my xbox, and clearing the cache. I talked to multiple people through the ea chat and they couldn’t do anything and said to come here.Auto line changes not working correctly
I’ve been noticing ever since the September 10 or 11th update that while playing cup chase in HUT, skaters from my 3rd and 4th lines where coming onto the ice before any of my line 2 players, and when i would click to select my second line, it was already selected, but players from line 3 and 4 were on the ice, and the energy levels from lines 3 and 4 were being drained. I noticed this was consistently happening, my line 2 would just keep getting skipped. Thought i fixed it by putting my line 2 into line 3, but then it just started skipping line 3, which led me to believe it had something to do with the player combination and activated boosts. The line is Center: Auston Matthews (Spotlight 85 ovr), LW William Nylander (For the Crest 85 ovr), and RW Cole Caufield (For the Crest 85 ovr). Activated boosts: +1 OVR (Canadien, Spotlight, Maple Leaf), +1 OVR (Canadien, Maple Leaf, Maple Leaf), +4 AP (For the Crest, Maple Leaf, Maple Leaf), +5M sal (Canadien, Maple Leaf, For the Crest), +3M sal (For the Crest, Spotlight, For the Crest). I tried rearranging my line to match the picture on the boost screen (ie putting Nylander in RW and Caufield in LW) but it still keeps skipping that line, but the problem definitely has something to do with those players/activated boosts.

[Bug] Custom Strategies / Tactics Keep Resetting to Default Description: Customized team strategies and tactical settings fail to save and constantly reset back to their default values. Steps to reproduce: Go to the Strategy / Tactics menu. Change tactical settings or sliders and save. Exit the menu. Re-enter the Strategy / Tactics menu. The settings have reverted to their original default state. Expected result: Saved tactics and strategy settings should persist after saving and leaving the menu. Actual result: Tactics reset to default every time. Please look into this issue and release a fix as soon as possible. Thank you!Strategies reset randomly
Everything outside of the offensive sliders seems to reset randomly. I have no idea what is triggering it, played a game yesterday for example and everything was fine, started my console today, played a game and those strats have reset. I have the balanced playbook on if that makes a difference.HUT ranked game disconnects before start and counts as loss.
I was going into a ranked game after winning and then after seeing the opponents team and beginning to load into the game, it suddenly just said lost connection. It proceeded to give me a loss and take away my win progression. When I checked recent games it shows up as 0-3 DISC with 00:00 time spent. How is that even possible when the game never started and it’s saying I got beat 3-0. Is there anyway this loss can be taken away?LOYALTY TOKENS WENT MISSING
I received 4 loyalty tokens from NHL 26. I used exactly 2 in the NEW WAVE set and the remaining 2 were visible in my HUT inventory afterwards. A few days later after logging back into HUT, the remaining 2 tokens were gone! I did not spend exchange or discard them. Please escalate this to the HUT team. and please restore them back
