HUT Wild Card achievement broken?

Anyone able to unlock the Complete 5 games in HUT Wild Card achievement? I only started playing this game mode recently, and I've been playing the 3 games I'm allowed to play every day for a few days now and still nothing. It's getting frustrating.

I asked a friend that got it in December, and he said he played all his games offline, which isn't an option for me. I wonder if that's the issue?

EA made a new kind of HUT Wild Card event that is longer than 24 hours and is playable offline, so today I was finally able to unlock that achievement.

It would be nice if EA at least acknowledged they screwed the pooch and need to correct this. Why did they have to remove the offline part of HUT Wild Card in the first place?

Good question. I know, still being on NHL 25 makes me a nobody in the view of EA, but in NHL 25 you have as good as no online competition to choose from (not in EASHL 3on3 or 6on6 and only few in HUT). But there has also never been a Wildcard option for me.
