Customization Reset After Error Screen
While I was customizing my Legends — changing skins, badges, trackers, and other cosmetics — I spent around an hour editing everything exactly how I wanted. After I finished and saved all my changes, an error screen suddenly appeared. When I returned to the game, all of my customization progress was completely reset to the previous state. None of the new skins, badges, or trackers were saved. This issue has happened to me about five times, and it’s really frustrating since it keeps undoing all my setup work.Unable to connect. Black screen issue.
Basically title. Yesterday happened Apex Legends update and now I'm unable to log into the game. I can get to loading screen stage, but when I click connect, it just sends me straight to black screen with infinite bootloop, until it will not crash with error "Time out(code:net)". It was fine before that. I live in Russia. Last few months everything was fine, but exactly after this update this happened. Multiple players in russian bug report section report same issue. We are not sure if it's game's side problem, if Amazon servers are down or if it's some bug/issue with servers in general... Or well, Roskomnadzor as always put their dirty fingers into connection. Worth mentioning that the game with VPN works, however works for few minutes before eventually crashing. Sorry for bad quality of video, my phone's camera is not very good, plus my phone is few years old. However, it should be enough for you to see the problem yourself. --- I hope that situation will be resolved soon or atleast we'll know if it's our country's side problem. An update went through today that reduced the requirements for the assignment unlocks. This meant I should have completed "Bullet Storm 1" - that worked, it shows as completed. Problem is, the KTS100 MK8 has not unlocked. Have tried restarting the game a few times and completing matches to sync. Nothing has worked.

Friends playing. 3 of us. 1 gets dc'd. We are on the same internet connection. 1gig fiber. Finally get all 3 in, a 4th joins, 1 of us gets booted again. We finally all connect up and then party chat shows an issue of 2 ppl not being able to hear each other. But the other 2 can hear everyone. Xbox.
Gallery Not Fully Loading or Loading At All
Since the update yesterday, the 4th of November, I am unable to view the gallery at all or it loads some but if I scroll down it freezes the gallery completely. I can't view my uploaded items or I can but only a few of the items. What I've done to attempt to fix the issue, which kinda made things better but not at the same time. I have cleared Cashe and the other file cashe thing. I have checked my firewall to insure that hasn't changed. I cleared the Tray folder, I've cleared out my screenshots. I've tried to repair the game and....nothing. I've disabled my mods/took the folder right out. So the issues isn't on my end at all. The game runs fairly smoothly, but when I want to look at the gallery for something...yeah no. So, please EA fix the gallery issues.
Wattson’s Original Design Was Perfect, Please Bring It Back!
Hello EA Team, I’m really sorry to bring this up, but I feel it’s important to mention. I noticed that Wattson’s new Battle Pass skins appear to have an increased hip size, and honestly, it’s quite disappointing. It doesn’t match her original body shape, which players have known and loved since her release. I understand if this change was made as a stylistic choice, but Wattson’s original design was already perfect, elegant, balanced, and unique without any exaggeration. The new proportions make her look noticeably different and take away from what made her appearance special. I kindly ask that you consider restoring her original body proportions in future updates.
