west 2 servers are terrible
i used to play on Oregon servers living in Oregon avg 35-40 ping no lag after the aws "changes" every game every game mode 100+ with prediction error and every other symbol unplayable lag and no reg even contacted my ISP and speeds and ping are perfect on my end. PLEASE ANY UPDATES WOULD BE GREAT
Apex Legends Crashes Every 3-5 Matches
My Apex Legends crashes without any error messages or popups every few matches. I have a PC running Windows 11 (Alienware) and play through Steam What I have tried thus far: 1) Restarting my PC 2) Reinstalling apex legend 3) Updating my graphics drivers, Windows OS 4) Running the game with NVIDIA Debug Mode 5) Adjusting graphics settings down (even though my machine can handle max specs) 6) Stress test found no issues with PC One thing I noticed was that in the past when I launched the game using DirectX11 it would work perfectly fine, but with DirectX12 it would crash like I described above. This is odd because my machine is totally DirectX12 compatible (I verified). With the latest Apex update, where they have removed DirectX11 compatibility, I have no workaround and these crashes every few matches persist. This is so incredibly frustrating. I reached out to EA customer support and chatted with a representative - I was told to try a clean boot of my PC, but that was it. I was told that if the problem persists after trying a clean boot to simply post on this forum and to wait for a mod to address the issue. Apex needs to fix this ASAP - the game is barely playable!
Denied Appeal, Wrongfully Banned.
So after last nights update, which was unusually large for me (60 something gigs) basically the size of the entire game, I found out I was banned with no listed reason. I submitted an appeal and tried to get in touch with an advisor. This morning, I received the most generic AI email saying that they conducted an investigation and stand by their decision and I was banned for cheating/using additional software/etc. Honestly, if I was hacking I would have better stats. Nor would I be trying so hard to regain access to the account. I have since resubmitted another appeal in hopes for my case to reach a human for review. I understand some background apps may be blacklisted but at least let me know which? I’ll delete whatever. I just want my account back. Anyone else have experience with this? Not to mention I just paid for the battle pass and got my first heirloom after 1200hrs of gameplay and a bajillion apex packs later. So I pay EA, and get banned. Nice. April fools is over, this isn’t funny anymore. Please help. Any help or advice is appreciated.
Black screen after title screen
I can't get past the title screen after today's update it just goes to a black screen with the title music playing in the background. Occasionally I might get through to the main menu but then I get removed back to the title screen with the message "The client is not running the anti-cheat, or has failed the anti-cheat authentication." Ive tried restarting my PC, validating files on steam, reinstalling/repairing the EasyAntiCheat nothing helped. What platform are you playing on? Nothing, just tried launching the game after this mornings update on the 08/04/2025. Can you reproduce it? What are the steps? Yes 80-90% of the time I launch the game and press my mouse button to continue past the title screen it goes black and I hear the menu music. PC players - provide hardware specs, OS version and GPU driver version. PC Specs are: AMD Ryzen 7 5800x CPU Gigabyte Vision RTX 3080 GPU Driver version 572.83 Windows 11 24H2 Build: 26100.3476 64GB 3600 MHz DDR4 RAM
Random spinning during combat
Sometimes my Legend just spins in a circle for no reason, on every console, every controller, I spin. Not just appearing to spin either, I fully turn around, quickly enough that when I am playing I can't really tell, but when I see a kill replay or when my friends see me in game I will have done a complete 360 in two seconds or less. In that time I waste a decent portion of my magazine on random air, and my aim is very mediocre in comparison to other players so it's a bit of a problem. I've had this problem pop in and out every so often for at least four seasons, and usually it happens more after an update. Please look into this when possibleRampart has a face animation problem(bug) in 24 season...
Hello! After some updates, it's strange, that no one notices a bug with her face, like idle in main menu when you picking her as legend. Or for more example, she has a bug in some poses with face, like she is not expressing any emotions or face animations poses, like ABC and Singing in the Storm(purple quality), or other Get Dunked(rare quality, but this is funny, that shows no any emotions or face animations xD)
