Wheel not able to access Session info
Bug Title: Time Trial Garage – Session Info Not Accessible via Wheel Input Platform: PC (Windows 11) Thrustmaster T300 F1 Advanced Wheel Game Version: [e.g. v1.8 / Season 2 Patch] Issue: In Time Trial mode, session info in the garage is only accessible using keyboard input. - Wheel input (Button 4 or others) does not trigger or retain session info. - Switching to keyboard allows session info to open (e.g. using F1), but it collapses when wheel input resumes. - Session info action is not remappable in control settings. - Editing actionmaps XML to assign a wheel button to session info has no effect. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Enter Time Trial and stay in the garage. 2. Try to open session info using wheel buttons — nothing happens. 3. Press F1 on keyboard — session info opens. 4. Touch wheel input — session info collapses. Workaround: AutoHotkey script to convert wheel button to F1 keystroke works — confirming the game only listens to keyboard events for this menu. Suggested Fix: - Add “Session Info” as a remappable control action. - Allow wheel input to retain garage menu context instead of locking it to drive-only mode.2Views0likes0CommentsVR view fully bugged out
Hi, So I have a strange game breakin issue here. Everything works great in VR with the main menu until I get into the game. At first I saw 2 screens that were extremely stretched (one "screen" on each side of me). Very disorienting and weird. But some how I could still see the In game UI and options perfectly fine in the middle of my view. When I take off the headset I can see the game clearly on my screen looking perfectly fine, but when the pc tries to mirror that to the headset there is something that completely breaks my game view. Tried to restart the game and see if the problem persisted and yes they did. But this time the game was just having a party with blinking colors in my eyes, once again the UI and Menus still work great. My specs and how I'm running this: GPU - Radeon RX 9070XT with the latest driver ( Currently that is 25.3.1) CPU - Ryzen 7 7800X3D 64GB RAM Plenty of m.2 drive space Using the PSVR 2 with the adapter. OpenXR using SteamVR Launching game through the EA App and then "VR Mode" As is, this game is unplayable to me. (Was hard to get a screenshot of the VR view but oh well, you can see that I only see one color and UI where I should see the car and everything around it)166Views1like2CommentsVR issues
I'm not sure if this is a bug or not. But I purchased both F! 23, and F! 24 on steam. Everthing was fine up until about two weeks ago. Now neither of the games work in VR along with many other VR games. Steam seems to be giving me the runaround trying to say it is a windows mixed reality problem when I know **bleep** well it isn't because other VR games, but ony a few are stull working in vr. By the way, ALL of my VR racing sim games are having the same problem. Is there some commonality with all these sim games?7Views0likes0CommentsVR initialization error
I can not get the game starting in VR on PC, it does not work in F1 23 too. Whenever I choose the option "Play F1 in VR" I am getting this error in both, F1 23 and F1 24: I am using the Meta Quest 3 with Virtual Desktop over wireless connection and VDRX as OpenXR runtime. This works for all other games, even MSFS2024 via game pass, only F1 will not work with my setup. I tried lowering the resultion and switching to windowed mode but I still get the same error. How can I make this work? F1 was one of the reasons why I've got a Q3 in the first place.3KViews0likes2Comments
