Logitech G923 Problem
I have just purchased a Logitech G923 to replace my old Logitech G29 wheel which has worked with no problems at all since I purchased it 8 or 9 years ago. I bought the new wheel to take advantage of the Trueforce technology. I run it with F1 25 (ver. 1.5) on a PC. When starting any session in F1 25, my new wheel works properly & all is well until I have to use the Rewind feature (which, unfortunately is quite often!). As soon as I start racing again the wheel does not feel quite as good & sounds awful all the time. Instead of being smooth & quiet when running it sounds as if the internal motors are full of sand/grit & vibrates my desk, making loud, unpleasant noises. When I run over rumble strips it feels nothing like running over the kerbs. Before using the rewind button, when I run over a kerb it sounds & feels exactly what you would expect this to feel like & what it is obviously supposed to be like. The awful sounds & poor feel then continues for the rest of the session no matter what I try. The only ways I have found to revert back to the proper feel are:- 1 Restarting the session 2 Leaving the track I am on & going to another circuit 3 Unplugging the wheel from the USB socket & then plugging it in again. This works during the current session but is obviously annoying to have to do this each time I use the Rewind button. It does enable me to continue my current session with the wheel working properly. 4 Closing & restarting the program. It therefore appears to me that there is a bug somewhere that is introduced in the software that controls the wheel as soon as the Rewind button is pressed. Other than this issue, the game has run perfectly for me from the day it was released. I presume my problem is easy to reproduce at your end & await comment from you as soon as possible in the hope that the issue can be solved & I can enjoy years of us from the G923, just as I have from my G29. Thank you in advance. Lee Tucker2.2KViews16likes31CommentsF1 Bug 25
DRS, RPM & Acceleration drop after a few laps (PS5 + G29) Text: I’m playing F1 25 on PS5 with a Logitech G29 wheel. After around 3–5 laps, the car starts losing performance in strange ways: DRS stops working, even when it’s available Engine won’t rev properly in 6th or 7th gear – top speed drops noticeably Car suddenly feels slow on straights, despite full throttle DRS flap sometimes closes on its own and won’t open again Downshifting helps briefly, but the issue comes back It doesn’t always happen in the same places – affected corners or sectors keep changing What I’ve tried: Full PS5 reboot and clean wheel reconnection Tested different control profiles and assists G29 works fine in other games F1 23 had no problems – F1 24 already showed similar issues, but F1 25 is worse This makes Time Trial, Career Mode, and League Racing almost unplayable. I really hope Patch 1.04 fixes this, but if not, please escalate this to the dev teamF1 25 crashes with connected PXN V10 Pro wheel
I use the PXN V10 Pro wheel. Every time I try to complete the lap the game crashes without any information. It's just freezing and than closing. I tried all the options from another bug reports but nothing can help. Maybe it's possible to fix this somehow?Wheel freezing in online races
Wheel and pedals freezing in online races with over like 7 people. It happens suddenly and usually in corners. And in offline mode everything works fine. I have stable connection and good pc but now suddenly when i started playing again this happens, and it makes the racing undoable. In 2025 everything worked fine but now something has happened.Wheel freezing during race or time trial (update)
https://forums.ea.com/idea/f1-25-bug-reports-en/wheel-freezing-during-race-or-time-trial-fanatec-dd-ps5/13253380 The problem persists. Also, when I first start the game, I feel the steering wheel is turning much heavier than my personal FFB settings allow, both in the main menu and the garage section of the time trial. When I start a lap in time trial, FFB strength returns to normal, but then I experience wheel freezing. If I return to the main menu before the wheel freezing issue occurs, the steering becomes much lighter in both the main menu and the garage section of time trial. In conclusion, the wheel freezing issue may be due to a software problem related to when and how FFB is activated. If anyone has had a similar experience, I would appreciate it if they shared their thoughts. Lastly, I'm sharing the new report codes I've seen regarding the wheel freezing issue: GRLT-PBSV-ZRTM-BSMT LDHK-HKVZ-ZRTM-BSMTMissing Shift/button issue
Using Fanatec CSL DD on Xbox with McLaren gt3 wheel. seem to get times where I miss shifts and the shifter or buttons won’t work, seems to happen for a brief 5/10 seconds then returns. anybody else had this? I read somewhere this could be an issue with fanatecs latest driver, but I’ve only noticed it happening on this game. it is very intermittent - it could happen twice in one race, then not happen again for another two races
