Today's trolls
"[REMOVED]"(ps) & "[REMOVED]"(xbox) are this month's trolls. How do we report players like this? Ones that spam for the puck whenever the compie has it, so no plays can be made. & ones that constantly pull compie goalies. EA needs a better report system. Or at the least the need to make the website a little easier to traverse. If anyone who can do something about reporting these players other than in game, pls do so. I've been dealing with [REMOVED]fpr month's and alot of the community knows them for what I explained.
Extra skill points carrying over to NHL26?
Hi ! Do we know if the extra skill points we got every season throughout the year will carry over to NHL26, or will we start over to where the builds were back in October? I feel like we got given more points gradually to test if that would break the balance in WOC, but since it hasn't, I really hope we don't roll back. I feel like competition has improved with added points to builds. The game is more fun to play with better overall builds too. I can't speak for 3v3, I don't play in that playlist, but in 6v6, the added skill points seems to have encouraged more diversity in builds. What do you guys think?
Statement on NHL 25 Cheating and Competitive Integrity
I’ve played NHL for years because I love the competitive spirit, strategy, and teamwork it requires. But this year, NHL 25 has been one of the most frustrating experiences to date. I'm not complaining about losing — I’m fine with taking a loss. But losing to multiple clubs who consistently score 8 goals on 11 shots using obvious exploits and possibly Cronus Zen devices? That’s not competition — that’s broken gameplay. The 3v3 World of Chel mode has become a hub for exploiters. It's filled with maxed-out builds, stamina glitches, and input manipulation that give unfair advantages. It’s making the EASHL Finals nearly unplayable for anyone playing honestly. I’ve submitted a formal complaint to EA, and I urge others who care about this game to speak up. We need stronger anti-cheat enforcement, investigation into Cronus Zen usage, and a serious fix for the current state of ranked play. We deserve a fair game.More problems with WOC
The automatic video recording off and on. How has this not been fixed? Player icons, banners are often random and incorrect. I’ll join a DR, lobby to see a random one next to my name. I can hear other players when not in any dressing room, lobby. Game, party chat not available yet I can sometimes hear other players and vice versa. The goalies AI and Human are the worse they’ve been in years. Listen to the majority on any social media and they’ll say the same. Too many stupid animations that shouldn’t be happening on simple shots. For example goalies flailing and doing windmill summersaults on what should be routine saves. Too many pucks bounces off and in and out of gloves when they should be an easy glove save. In between periods highlighting the losing goalie that makes an easy routine glove save that was going 5ft wide of the net but then not highlighting the winning goalie that has made a couple of great breakaway and one time saves. The cheesy EA goals. We all know the ones when a replay isn’t even an option and it goes straight to the next face-off. It’s like EA doesn’t want you to see their BS and after the game I’m not going to keep my teammates, friends waiting so I can go record and edit them. Obviously there is a reason why people playing goalie has drastically decreased in 25. As a G myself I’ve probably played half the amount of games this year compared to years past. Go into any DR as a goalie and players start backing out or asking you to leave. If you make it to a lobby and the opposing team doesn’t have a human goalie which is the majority of the time and you’re asked to leave but as a human goalie it’s common courtesy to leave anyway. #1 is the amount of crap goals and animations. I’ve played G for over 10 years so I have no reason to BS. Those crap goals and animations are the reason my SV percentage has gone from .810-815 in years past to .777-.778 this year. I didn’t suddenly get worse after 10 years and yes I’ve adapted.
Last Name Offensive Flag - False Positive
Hi, I typically play NHL 25 World of Chel with some kind of variation of my real name, for obvious reasons I want to stop using my real name or something close to it however, when I try to change my last name to "Bladez" it gets flagged as offensive and doesn't let me do it. My psn is Bladez74- so im just trying to use Bladez. I can swap the Z to an S and that works, but I'd like to use the Z. Any solution? is this something that can be fixed? or am I out of luck.
