I lost all my progress!
The first time I played Wild Hearts was through the Xbox Game Pass. Over 40 hours of play. Yesterday I bought the game on Steam, which is linked to EA and Xbox. When I started the game, I had all my progress... then when I left for a while and came back in, it was gone. The main menu of the game shows me 1 saved game with 0h and 0seg of play. When I started that game, it kicks me out of the game. I want to try deleting the data I have locally, but I don't know how. Also, surely my progress is saved on some EA Xbox server and possibly on Steam since it has cross-progress. Does anyone know about this? :C Now I can't even play
Glitch in Split Fiction
Hello, Me and my husband have been loving playing this game. Unfortunately, we have encountered a glitch in Mio's subconscious. When we're fighting the robots with Mio in the drone and Zoe on the ground, the cores don't open for Mio to shoot them. The dialog Zoe shouts seems to suggest SHE thinks it's open, but it's not. We tried relaunching multiple times, even replaying the level. Nothing has worked. I've attached a video of the bug.Are the split fiction Xbox X crashes even being investigated?
It's coming up on 2 months since I downloaded SF from a pre-order and I still can't get it to play. I've done everything suggested in forum posts including game update to 1.40, reinstall multiple times, cache wipe multiple times, full system wipe and reinstall, and then just patiently waiting for a patch that I'm starting to think won't come. Just tried to play again today and it lasted about ten minutes before a jarring instant power-off with full system shutdown and controllers that remained on and unresponsive. My question for EA or Hazelight or community managers or whoever is: is this even being investigated? Or should I just try to get a refund?
Split Fiction Bug - Boss Doesn't Recognize Input
We are near a place where you must mash Y to defeat evil Mio before she wrestles away a sword from Zoe. But the input for that action is not recognized at all. We even went back and played the whole chapter and defeated her on the main circle area again, but then got stuck at the same place. We tried setting the options to allow for only holding Y rather than mashing it repeatedly, but still at that is not recognized. At the moment when we are needing to hold Y, the input does nothing and the boss wins. We also tried setting the accessibility option to "automatically proceed" on these mash prompts. Split fiction EA server connection
I keep getting error code 103-40010000 when trying to play online with Split Fiction. This is on PS5 and Xbox. I’ve rebooted the router, tried several different DNS, cleared cache, rebuilt data base, restored licences, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, made sure my account is suspended or banned, not that it should be. i can play other titles, such as it takes two etc is anyone else experiencing this? I have reported it to EA, but have no solution as yetSplit Fiction crashing Xbox X every 5 minutes - ruining our fun.
I pre-ordered Split Fiction because It Takes Two is one of my 9 yr old son's favorite games. We've played it multiple times together in local co-op. It's been massively disappointing to both of us that Split Fiction can't stay up for more than 5 minutes on our Xbox series X in local co-op without crashing. We are on 1.4.0 About 5 minutes into gameplay, the xbox completely powers off taking the entire AV system down with it (Denon AVR-X3800H & LG CX). So far we've been able to make it about 10 minutes into the first level. Originally the game crashed every time we reached the first hatch door that explodes, but recently we've been able to get as far as the first barge ship taking off. Either way it always crashes to power-off. No error codes or messages that I can find. I've tried power-cycling every component on the system, fully uninstalling/reinstalling the game multiple times including deleting cache and saved files each time. I've checked for firmware updates on every device and accessory connected to the xbox. Nothing helps. Every few days my son excitedly asks me if the game will work, and everytime we try, it doesn't.
Split Fiction Crashing on Xbox Series X
I’m wondering if this is a problem with me or if anyone else is experiencing the same issue when playing the game locally. I’m running version 1.3.0.0, and the game keeps crashing. Sometimes, it’s just the game, but there have been quite a few instances where the entire Xbox crashes. I’ve tried hard rebooting the Xbox, ensuring that both the Xbox and the game are on the latest version, disabling and re-enabling the network, logging in and out of my EA account, reinstalling the game, and even switching the language. None of these solutions have seemed to help. The crashes can occur at any point during gameplay or cutscenes.
