Split Fiction – Accessibility issue: no Russian subtitles for over 200M players
Hello EA team and players, I’ve already seen a thread requesting Russian subtitles, but I’d like to emphasize this not just as a language request — it’s an accessibility problem. Russian is spoken by over 200 million people across multiple countries (Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Latvia, etc.). Split Fiction is a story-driven game, and without subtitles or interface translation, millions of players cannot follow the plot at all. This goes beyond localization — it’s about equal access for everyone. Please, forward this issue to the Localization and Publishing teams. Thank you for understanding.
"Something went wrong" on split fiction on Xbox series X
I have the full game installed, and I have my friend in a party with me. When in an online lobby, when I press Y invite friend, then select Invite friend through Xbox network, the side bar CHOOSE PEOPLE will appear but half a second later, it will saySOMETHING WENT WRONG. And I can't invite my friend to play. Option Invite everyone to game is so grayed out in party. I have reinstalled the game twice already. Send help pls I really want to play the gane
Xbox Friends Pass error code 108-0
Boyfriend and I played split fiction last night using the friends pass perfectly fine, but today it’s been a mix of not connecting EA servers but mostly when I go to join it is on the “joining session” loading screen for ages then comes up saying the other person has left the session with result code 108-0. Out wifis are working fine so it isn’t that so not too sure what the issue is wether the servers are down or split fiction just isn’t working currently. Help please I’d like to play it
I lost all my progress!
The first time I played Wild Hearts was through the Xbox Game Pass. Over 40 hours of play. Yesterday I bought the game on Steam, which is linked to EA and Xbox. When I started the game, I had all my progress... then when I left for a while and came back in, it was gone. The main menu of the game shows me 1 saved game with 0h and 0seg of play. When I started that game, it kicks me out of the game. I want to try deleting the data I have locally, but I don't know how. Also, surely my progress is saved on some EA Xbox server and possibly on Steam since it has cross-progress. Does anyone know about this? :C Now I can't even play
Glitch in Split Fiction
Hello, Me and my husband have been loving playing this game. Unfortunately, we have encountered a glitch in Mio's subconscious. When we're fighting the robots with Mio in the drone and Zoe on the ground, the cores don't open for Mio to shoot them. The dialog Zoe shouts seems to suggest SHE thinks it's open, but it's not. We tried relaunching multiple times, even replaying the level. Nothing has worked. I've attached a video of the bug.Are the split fiction Xbox X crashes even being investigated?
It's coming up on 2 months since I downloaded SF from a pre-order and I still can't get it to play. I've done everything suggested in forum posts including game update to 1.40, reinstall multiple times, cache wipe multiple times, full system wipe and reinstall, and then just patiently waiting for a patch that I'm starting to think won't come. Just tried to play again today and it lasted about ten minutes before a jarring instant power-off with full system shutdown and controllers that remained on and unresponsive. My question for EA or Hazelight or community managers or whoever is: is this even being investigated? Or should I just try to get a refund?
Split Fiction Bug - Boss Doesn't Recognize Input
We are near a place where you must mash Y to defeat evil Mio before she wrestles away a sword from Zoe. But the input for that action is not recognized at all. We even went back and played the whole chapter and defeated her on the main circle area again, but then got stuck at the same place. We tried setting the options to allow for only holding Y rather than mashing it repeatedly, but still at that is not recognized. At the moment when we are needing to hold Y, the input does nothing and the boss wins. We also tried setting the accessibility option to "automatically proceed" on these mash prompts.
