Device Suspended
Hello EA Support, My Xbox console is showing a “Device Suspended” message when trying to access Football Ultimate Team. However, when I check the Penalty History for my EA account, it says “No history” and shows no violations or suspensions. I believe this device suspension may be a mistake. Could you please investigate the suspension on my Xbox device and let me know why it was applied? I have attached a screenshot of the error message. Thank you.Solved23Views0likes4CommentsBan reason has changed 3 times across appeals
Posting this because my case shows some clear internal inconsistencies from EA that I think are worth flagging publicly, especially given how many similar reports I've seen from other players dealing with coin/balance transfer bans this cycle. Timeline of what I've been told, in order: 1. Original ban notice: reason given as "Coin Distribution." 2. First appeal denial: similar wording, upheld. 3. Second appeal denial: switched to a generic "cheating" classification under the ToS, without repeating or explaining the original coin distribution basis. 4. Third appeal denial: changed again — described as a "Transfer Market lock" specific to FC 26 only, explicitly stating future titles would be unaffected. 5. My own Penalty History page, however, lists the violation reason as "Balance transfer," and states the ban is permanent with no access to Football Soccer at all — not a Transfer Market-only restriction. So across four separate communications from EA, on the same case, I've been given three different stated reasons and two directly contradictory descriptions of what the ban actually covers. I'm not asking anyone to take my word on the underlying accusation — I understand EA doesn't disclose detection methods, and that's a separate question. But the inconsistency between EA's own systems and communications is a documented, checkable fact, not a dispute over judgment. I've submitted four appeals and a formal data access request, each without a substantive individual response beyond templated decisions. Has anyone else had a case where the stated reason or scope changed between appeals like this? Curious how common this actually is, and whether anyone's had luck getting a case looked at by an actual person rather than routed through the same template each time.SolvedMariano Closs relator
Hello EA SPORTS FC Team, I would like to share some feedback regarding the Pre-Season Whistle Event. *First, please consider increasing the number of attempts available to players. The current limit feels too restrictive and makes it difficult to fully enjoy the event, complete objectives, and earn rewards. *Second, I would love to see a feature that allows players to carry over all progress, items, resources, and club assets from FC 26 to FC 27. Many players invest a significant amount of time building their clubs, and having the option to transfer everything to the next title would make that effort feel more rewarding. Even if a full carryover is not possible for everyone, please consider making it an optional feature so players can choose whether they want to continue their existing club into the next game. Thank you for listening to community feedback and for continuing to improve EA SPORTS FC.Sincerely197Views0likes0CommentsMy Club Concept for a Future EA SPORTS FC Game: Legends FC
Dear EA SPORTS FC Team, I would like to share a club concept that I created for a possible future EA SPORTS FC game. The concept is called Legends FC. The idea is to create a special Rest of World club that brings together some of the greatest football players from different generations. CLUB INFORMATION Club Name: Legends FC Short Name: LOL Founded: 1900 Region: Rest of World League: No fixed league City: Can be freely selected by EA SPORTS HOME STADIUM Name: League of Legends Capacity: 90,000 The stadium concept is inspired by Santiago Bernabéu, with a modern and predominantly white design. MANAGER AND LEADERSHIP Manager: Sir Alex Ferguson Captain: Zinedine Zidane #5 Vice-Captain: Paolo Maldini #3 STARTING XI Formation: 4-3-3 GK: Lev Yashin #99 Defence: Roberto Carlos #6 Paolo Maldini #3 Virgil van Dijk #4 Carles Puyol #15 Midfield: Toni Kroos #8 Zinedine Zidane #5 Ronaldinho #80 Attack: Cristiano Ronaldo #7 Ronaldo Nazário #9 Lionel Messi #10 SQUAD PLAYERS Manuel Neuer #1 Cafu #2 Marcelo #12 Franz Beckenbauer #13 Michael Olise #17 Lothar Matthäus #18 Luka Modrić #21 Lamine Yamal #27 Sergio Ramos #77 David Beckham #88 Pelé #98 Neymar #11 Andrés Iniesta #67 SET PIECE TAKERS Penalties: Cristiano Ronaldo Central Direct Free Kicks: Cristiano Ronaldo Left-Side Free Kicks: David Beckham Ronaldinho Toni Kroos Right-Side Free Kicks: Roberto Carlos Left Corners: Roberto Carlos Right Corners: David Beckham Toni Kroos Long Free Kick from the Left: Toni Kroos Long Free Kick from the Right: Roberto Carlos PENALTY SHOOTOUT ORDER Cristiano Ronaldo Lionel Messi Zinedine Zidane Neymar Ronaldo Nazário CLUB IDENTITY The main club color is white. Legends FC represents football across different generations, countries and backgrounds. The club is based on respect, unity and football. It stands against racism and discrimination and represents the idea that football is for everyone. KIT DESIGN The home kit is inspired by the white 2017/18 Real Madrid home kit, adapted with its own Legends FC identity. The design includes white as the main color, dark and gold details, the Legends FC crest, five stars above the crest, no FIFA Club World Cup badge, and the word LEGEND on the back of the neck. The away kit uses the same overall design concept, but with the black and white colors switched. FINAL IDEA The goal of Legends FC is to create a unique team featuring some of the greatest footballers of all time together with selected modern stars. The club could potentially appear as a special Rest of World team in future EA SPORTS FC games and be available in suitable modes such as Kick Off. Thank you for taking the time to read this concept. I think Legends FC could be a unique addition for football fans who would like to play with legends from different generations in one official club.11Views0likes0Comments120 fps on PlayStation for fc27
Please add a 120 FPS Performance Mode on PS5 Pro for EA SPORTS FC 27 EA, please consider adding a 120 FPS / 120 Hz Performance Mode for EA SPORTS FC 27 on PS5 Pro, and ideally on other consoles capable of supporting it. I play on a PS5 Pro with an LG UltraGear OLED 240 Hz monitor, and FC is still limited to 60 FPS on console. For a competitive football game, 120 FPS would make a real difference in terms of fluidity, responsiveness and input latency. Many players now own 120 Hz, 144 Hz or 240 Hz gaming monitors and TVs. We would gladly accept a lower resolution or slightly reduced graphical settings in exchange for a stable 120 FPS Performance Mode. PC players can already play EA SPORTS FC at high frame rates, so it would be great to give console players a similar option. Please give us the choice: Quality Mode: 4K / 60 FPS Performance Mode: 120 FPS with reduced resolution/settings if necessary The PS5 Pro is designed for high-performance gaming, and EA SPORTS FC would benefit enormously from a 120 FPS option, especially in competitive modes like Ultimate Team and Clubs. Please consider adding this feature to FC 27. ⚽🎮1.5KViews7likes3CommentsEA here we go again!! Do people feel the same?
EA, please listen to one of your lifelong FC players I’m not posting this to have a go at EA for the sake of it. I’m posting because I genuinely care about this game, and I’m getting to the point where I’m not sure how much longer I can say that. I’m 35 years old, and I’ve played FIFA and now FC for pretty much my entire life. I’ve spent God knows how much money over the years on the games, points, packs and everything else that comes with them. Now I have a 9-year-old son, and FC is something we play together. It should be something simple — a father and son enjoying football and having a laugh together. But every year, it feels like the pressure to spend gets bigger. My son keeps asking me about the Ultimate Edition, which is around £120. And as much as I'd love to get it for him, I simply can't justify spending that kind of money on a football game. And that's what really hurts. I’m a lifelong customer. I’ve supported FIFA/FC for years. I’ve already spent a huge amount of money on this franchise, yet every year I feel like I'm being asked to spend more just to keep up. At some point, you have to ask yourself: when does it become enough? I understand EA is a business. I understand games cost money to make. I’m not expecting everything for free. But there is a difference between making money from a game and making loyal customers feel like they are constantly being pushed towards spending more. Each year, it feels like a little more enjoyment gets drained out of the experience. And I’m genuinely sad about that. Because this isn't just a game I've played for a few years. FIFA has been part of my life for decades. Now I get to play it with my son, and I want him to grow up enjoying football games the way I did. Instead, I’m sitting here telling my 9-year-old that I can't afford the £120 edition he wants. Maybe EA will read this and think it's just another complaint. But behind every account, every Ultimate Team and every purchase is an actual person. For me, it's a 35-year-old dad who has supported this franchise for most of his life and is now seriously questioning whether he can keep doing so. EA, please listen to your players before you lose them. I don't want to stop playing FC. I don't want to stop playing with my son. I don't want to stop supporting a franchise I've loved for most of my life. But every year makes that decision a little harder. We're not just customers. We're the people who made this franchise what it is. Please don't forget that. ❤️53Views4likes2Comments
