Pro Clubs Drop Ins High Ping

I play on PC but with crossplay enabled. I'm located in the middle of the US. When I'm loading into Pro Clubs drop ins, the ping is consistently 100ms or more. Every once in awhile I'll connect to the server with under 25ms ping but most of the time it's not. I continually quit out of the games with 100ms ping because it's unplayable. 

I've been playing FIFA/FC since FIFA 95 on SEGA Genesis. I used to play drop ins for hours and hours. Now I spend my time quitting games to find one with low ping.
