Corrupt evo rewards
itle: Two Unnamed Evolution Items Stuck in Store/Unassigned – Needs Backend Cleanup (Case N238346649) Post: Hello EA Team, I am reporting a persistent Ultimate Team issue that requires backend cleanup. Gamertag: BOSSAMURAII Platform: Xbox Series X (New‑Gen version) Case Number: N238346649 Mode: EA SPORTS FC 26 Ultimate Team Issue Summary: I have two unnamed “Evolution” items stuck in my Store/Unassigned. These items show only the label “Evolution” with no name or description. They: Cannot be opened Cannot be assigned or moved Cannot be discarded Completely block my Store Prevent starting any new Evolutions This matches known cases where Evolution items become stuck in Unassigned and require EA to clear them server-side. It also resembles Evolution table corruption cases where the system falsely tracks a player as active in another evolution, blocking all progress. [forums.ea.com][forums.ea.com] Troubleshooting I Already Completed (Extensive): Full Reset Steps Done: Removed Xbox profile Cleared local saved games Full power cycle Uninstalled both New‑Gen & Old‑Gen versions Reinstalled ONLY Series X|S version Let the game generate fresh local data Reconnected online to rebuild cloud save Ultimate Team Refresh Steps: Loaded UT cleanly Attempted to start new Evolutions → immediate error and return to UT dashboard Played/forfeited Squad Battles for UT table refresh Restarted console and game multiple times Web/Companion App Attempts: Items still stuck in Unassigned Any action on these items returns HTTP 406 in dev tools → This confirms the items are invalid/corrupted on the server side. Request: Please remove the two invalid Evolution entries from my Ultimate Team profile on the backend, so that: My Store can function normally I can start new Evolutions My UT profile is no longer blocked Everything client-side has already been reset; only server-side cleanup can resolve this. Thank you for your assistance. — BOSSAMURAII55Views1like1CommentCrash to Dashboard During Squad Battles
Twice today I have experienced FC26 crashing to the Xbox dashboard in the middle of a Squad Battles match. I was attempting to play the FOF featured squad and in the middle of the match the game crashed to the dashboard. I am on Xbox Series X.9Views1like1CommentClubs - Unable to access EA Servers
I'm using FC 26 Trial on Xbox, I can't access Clubs from the main menu, I get the message "Unable to access EA Servers" every time. I can access and play other modes without issue. Might be related... I get asked about my favourite team every time I launch the game. The personal settings file is saved, but it always asks. When I finished a seasons game, I got the message "You have lost access to FC 26" and was sent back to the title screen. I had FC 26 Closed Beta installed when I installed the trial. I played Clubs on FC 26 Closed Beta. I've restarted Xbox including full power cycle, restarted network, deleted profile files, but still the same issue. I tried the PC trial on EA Play and Clubs works fine, I'm using the EA account that is associated with my Xbox account. Edit: Added Closed Beta note, added PC trial test.10KViews80likes87CommentsFC 26 crashing mid-match on Xbox Series S — Still ignored by EA
Hi everyone, This issue has been present since launch, and despite being reported repeatedly, EA has yet to provide any meaningful response or fix, which is frankly unacceptable. On Xbox Series S, FC 26 consistently freezes for 2–3 seconds during matches and then crashes to the Xbox home screen, usually during the second or third match. When the game is reopened, the match is automatically counted as a loss due to disconnection, even though the crash is caused by the game itself—not the player’s connection or hardware. I have contacted EA Support multiple times, followed all suggested troubleshooting steps, and monitored community reports, yet nothing has changed. This issue has been affecting players for far too long, and the continued lack of acknowledgment makes it feel like it’s being ignored entirely. For a paid, competitive title, this is ridiculous and severely damages the gameplay experience. If you are also experiencing this problem, please reply and confirm so we can demonstrate that this is not an isolated case. The more visibility this gets, the harder it is to ignore. If anyone has found a workaround, please share it—but ultimately, this requires an official fix from EA. EA, this issue needs to be acknowledged and addressed immediately. Thank you.1.4KViews12likes13CommentsEAFC26 Server Issues Costing Event Entries
The EA servers kept kicking me out of the 'South American League' Live Event when my connection was secure. This meant that I wasn't able to complete the required objectives needed to gain the available rewards, given the event is limited to 20 entries and I was kicked from 5 of those games, whilst being one single win away from completing the objective group. Any compensation or fix available i.e. extra entries? <EAFC26 on XBOX SERIES S CONSOLE>9Views0likes0CommentsAllow Custom Transfers for Classic Teams in Online Friendlies
Hey everyone, I’ve been playing EA Sports FC for over 20 years, and to this day the main mode I play is Online Friendlies with a friend on Xbox. It’s honestly the only mode we use, and we’ve been doing this for years. First off, huge appreciation for adding the Classic XI / legendary teams offline. That was an awesome addition and brings a lot of nostalgia into the game. You crushed it with that. That said, I think there’s a big opportunity to make this even better. It would be amazing if we could edit or transfer players within these classic teams, just like we can with regular clubs. Imagine being able to: Build your own “ultimate” XI from the legends available Customize teams for friendlies Create themed squads (prime Barca, Galácticos, etc.) Right now, we’re limited to the preset squads, which are great, but having the freedom to mix and match players would take Online Friendlies to another level. Not sure if this is something already being considered, but I’d love to see it implemented. Curious if others here would use this too.30Views0likes1CommentSabotage...automated animations and AI positioning
It is very evident that when your AI are in position they move out of position they tackle behind they run in the wrong direction. The way to win is merely to correct your own teams actions. It is a game of correcting your own team more than playing against your opponent. CB's that should just stay in position to stop forward movement spread out creating gaps. Midfielder that should run back in transition jog back and when you switch to them to bring them back your defenders stand stationary while the opposing attackers run on a easy through pass. RB button to contain your own team runs into you instead of making a simple tackle as the dribbler spins and bobbs and weaves like a methhead. The game literally sabotages you and the in order to win you must play against your own team attempting to lose the ball. Easy passes to teammates right next to you go to the player behind them. Passes attempted to go in one direction away from defenders literally goes straight to the defenders foot on a consistent basis. The game is sabotage. Plain and simple.47Views2likes3CommentsIsraeli Premier League
*To the EA Sports Team,* I'm reaching out as a longtime player, with a request that has been raised for years – the inclusion of the *Israeli Premier League* in EA FC 26. This is an active league with history, tradition, and passionate fans. Clubs like *Maccabi Haifa, Maccabi Tel Aviv, Hapoel Tel Aviv, and Beitar Jerusalem* participate regularly in European competitions, facing teams that already exist in the game – yet they themselves are not represented. In community polls and feedback, *Israel consistently ranks high* in demand for new leagues. Still, despite strong support, this request remains unanswered. Commercial considerations are understandable, but from a marketing standpoint – *adding the Israeli league would significantly grow the local player base* and generate renewed interest in each new edition of the game. Moreover, this is also a cultural matter. For many of us, seeing our local clubs and players in the game is a dream that connects our love for football games with our love for our teams. We’d love to see EA take this step – both for the community and for the brand. Sincerely, Saeed,
