Dear Technical Support Team, I am writing to officially report a critical data anomaly affecting my account's Connection Quality Report in FC 26. The Current Context & Live Chat Outage: My previous ticket (Case #239743755) was closed without a resolution. I just attempted to contact Live Support via chat again, but after waiting in queue, the system closed with an 'Agents are not available' error due to the ongoing server maintenance. Since backend databases are currently undergoing technical work, this is the perfect window for the engineering team to look into account-specific bugs. The Issue & Refuting the 'Packet Loss' Argument: Gameplay: I am experiencing severe connection issues in-game (heavy input delay and speed-up lag). The Diagnostic Failure: To troubleshoot, I used the official EA Connection Quality tool. Despite having played over 2,000 matches since launch, my report consistently displays 'No match history available' (0% tracking). Why it's not an ISP/Packet Loss issue: While packet loss can cause in-game lag, it cannot cause a total 100% data blackout of 2,000 matches on the tracking portal. Exhaustive Isolation Testing Performed: Multi-Network Test: I tested the game on three entirely separate networks: my home Fiber ISP, a 5G Mobile Hotspot, and a different ISP at a friend's house. The report remains at 0% across all of them. Cross-Account Test: Other EA accounts logged in on my exact same console and network track their matches perfectly and instantly. This strictly isolates the issue to a server-side UID synchronization failure specific to my profile database for FC 26. My match data is generated in-game but fails to bridge over to the tracking portal database. Hi, When on Console the Season Pass does not Show in Game when your Press the normal "Toggle View" Button while in FC26 Ultimate Team - This has been the same since Season 7: South Africa dropped on the 23rd April 2026. Console: XBOX One Region: U.K. When you Press the normal "Toggle View" Button while in Ultimate Team either nothing happens or a Message stating "The Season Pass online services are currently unavailable, please try again later". This problem also prevents me from earning SP from the likes of "Manager Career" and "Player Career" which will be the difference between me completing the Season 7: South Africa Season Pass to Level 30 which ends in 16 Days from today. Hi everyone, I had similar problems in last years edition, but this year it's just on a different level. I have played EA FC 26 on different consoles and TVs, also I have tried other friends' profiles and this problems only occur on my profile. My game is just not working correctly. These are the problems I encounter on basically every game I am playing: - My players are slower: it doesn't matter if I am attacking or defending, my players are always slower compared to the opponents' players. I have a player with 92 pace, opponents has a player with 70 pace, mine is slower. This happens in every game. They are not only slower in running, but also in reacting and controlling the ball. Whenever I play a normal pass, my players always need a second or two to control a ball. The opponents can do 5-10 direct passes and the players react and control the ball within milliseconds. - My players play badly: My players almost always take the wrong decision. I try to pass the ball to a player who is 3 meters away, my players tries to pass the ball 20 meters in a different direction where 3 opponents are standing - Rebounds: This was a huge problem last year and for me it is still this year: Whenever the ball is intercepted or my goalkeeper saves a ball (which is rarely the case), the rebound ALWAYS goes to the opponent. It's even 3-4 times back to back rebounds that are jumping to the opponent although he is meters away from the ball. - Automatic defending: I would consider myself a pretty good EA FC player, having played the game for the last decade. So I know how to defend, either manually or automatically. It is incredible to see how my players act during defending. They always open up passing lanes for the opponents. When the opponent is in my box, my players are never close to the other opponents players, but always gives them space to pass the ball and shoot. - Automatic pass/shoot blocking: This is something that just does not work with my players. Every game there are 10-15 passes that pass either directly through the body of my players, or some centimeters by my players and they don't react or try to get the ball (yes, I have activated this option in the menu). Also, when an opponent is in the box, they can always just shoot through my players and the ball goes in every time. For me, the opponents can intercept impossible passes, my shots always go against a defender (and rebound to the opponents feet) and they just defend better in every situation. There are many other problems that I am encountering in this game (I don't want to start about the "pack luck" which is there for every single player on the world, but for me), but these are the biggest and worst I am having. It feels like I am playing against scripting every game, not against the opponent player and this is really annoying. There is not one "normal" game that I have played this year without having these problems. I am even thinking of buying a new console (currently playing on XBOX) and create a new profile to see if EA somehow put a virus on my profile... Let's see if anyone reacts on this post. This will definitely be my last EA FC that I am buying and I don't think I will play it any longer. It's no fun anymore, it's just about playing with Meta Players and having scripting on your side. Hello, I’m reporting a severe screen flickering issue on FC 26 for Xbox, which has been happening since the game launched. Platforms affected Xbox Series X / Series S Xbox One (Xbox One version of the game) Issue description On Xbox Series X/S, the screen flickers continuously in menus and during gameplay, making the game almost unplayable. On the Xbox One version, the flickering happens only in the menus right after launching the game. Once entering a game mode, it usually stabilizes. Since when This issue has been present since launch day I have been asking for help since release, but so far no solution or acknowledgment has been provided. Troubleshooting already done Tested on multiple monitors Tested with different HDMI cables Issue occurs on both Series X/S and Xbox One Disabled: HDR VRR 120Hz Dolby Vision Forced 1080p / 60Hz Power cycle and cache reset ➡️ The issue persists in all cases, confirming it is not hardware-related. Additional notes This strongly appears to be a video handshake / refresh rate management bug, especially in the menus where resolution or HDR seems to switch dynamically. Impact On Series X/S the game is highly unstable On Xbox One the menu flickering is reproducible every time the game is launched Overall experience is severely compromised I’m requesting official acknowledgment of this issue and information on whether a patch or fix is currently being worked on. The Collect them all achievement/trophy is broken between generations. For example, in my case I unlocked more than 3 archetypes on the Series X, however when I loaded the Xbox One version the achievement didn't unlock. The achievement/trophy requirements are clearly looking for the instance of the 3rd archetype being unlocked and therefore if you unlocked more than 3 before switching generations this becomes unobtainable. This is a very simple fix as there is no patch required. The achievement/trophy requirements just need to be amended to look for when greater than 3 archetypes are unlocked and not just exactly 3.40Views0likes2Comments
