Black screen in Rush/Rivals
I was just playing rush and when I loaded into the game everything was black apart from UI and triangles above players. The match was carrying on and I was able to control my character but couldn’t play. I had to leave and restart the game and got punished for it. This is not okay!Crossplay not working
Hello EA Support, I am experiencing a frustrating cross-play issue in EA SPORTS FC 27. I play on Xbox Series X, while my friend plays on PS5. We both own the current-generation versions of the game, and cross-play is enabled on both consoles. We have already added each other through EA Connect and can see that we are online. However, whenever either of us tries to send an invitation to play Rush, we receive the following error message: "Unable to join or invite player. This player's platform is not compatible with your platform." Neither of us can successfully send or receive invitations, even though PS5 and Xbox Series X are supposed to support cross-play. We have checked our cross-play settings, confirmed that we are using the correct versions of the game, and made sure there are no remaining FC 27 Beta files installed. This issue has been happening repeatedly, and we are unable to play together despite meeting all the cross-play requirements. Could you please investigate whether this is a problem with EA Connect, the cross-play matchmaking system, or the Rush invitation feature? I am experiencing a cross-play issue in EA SPORTS FC 27. I play on PS5, and my friend plays on Xbox Series X. We both own the current-generation versions of FC 27, and cross-play is enabled on both platforms. We are already friends through EA Connect and can see each other online. However, whenever I try to invite my friend to a Rush match, I receive the error message: “Unable to join or invite player. This player’s platform is not compatible with your platform.” The same issue happens when my friend tries to invite me. I do not receive his invitations either. We have confirmed that cross-play is enabled, and both consoles are using the correct current-generation versions. I also previously deleted the FC 27 Beta, so it is no longer installed. This issue has been happening repeatedly and is preventing us from playing together. Since PS5 and Xbox Series X are supposed to support cross-play, I believe this may be a bug with EA Connect or FC 27’s cross-play invitation system. Please investigate this issue and provide a fix. STILL can't train Freekicks, Curve and Penalties via the Development Plans (On going bug since FC 25 btw) Youth Academy height distribution is still bugged, unable to scout 6ft+ Wingers, Fullbacks and 6'4+ Strikers. Pro Clubs Tight Jersey Fit not saving
I’m experiencing a persistent bug in EA Sports FC 27 Clubs on All Platforms. When customizing my Clubs player’s appearance, I try to select the Tight Jersey Fit shirt option and save my changes. However, after leaving the customization menu and returning, the shirt automatically reverts to Normal Fit. The setting is not being retained despite saving successfully. This issue has persisted through recent game updates. Please investigate and fix this customization bug, as players cannot consistently apply their preferred shirt fit. I encountered an issue with the Luiz Legacy Evolution in Ultimate Team using Sebastián Coates on Xbox Series S. At the final reward selection, I was comparing the three available options. My original intention was to choose the Pace-focused reward, which showed Coates reaching approximately 79 PAC. However, another reward showed Coates reaching 78 PAC in the preview while also receiving a significant Passing upgrade (approximately +20). Based on the information displayed in the preview, I chose this reward because I believed I was sacrificing only around 1 PAC in exchange for a much better Passing upgrade. After confirming the reward, Sebastián Coates ended up with only 69 PAC instead of the 78 PAC displayed in the preview. If the preview had correctly displayed 69 PAC, I would have chosen the Pace-focused reward instead. Because final Evolution reward selections are irreversible, I am now unable to correct a decision that I made based on incorrect information displayed by the game. Unfortunately, I did not take a screenshot of the preview before confirming because I had no reason to expect the final attributes to be different from those displayed. I already contacted EA Help regarding this issue. Support informed me that they cannot manually revert an Evolution or change the selected reward and advised me to report the issue here so that the game team can investigate it. [Bug] Career and Online Seasons: Bench changes are not saved
Affected Game Mode: Career and Online Seasons Platform: Xbox Series X Description of the Bug: Whenever I open Team Management in Online Seasons and swap players on the bench (e.g. putting Roméo Lavia on the bench for Estêvão or Geovany Quenda for Danny Welbeck), the changes are not saved. As soon as I exit Team Management and return to the main Online Seasons menu, the system automatically resets the bench back to its original default setup. Because of this, I am always forced to start with the default bench. I am never able to play an Online Seasons match with my customized bench setup. Suggested Solution: Changes made to the bench in Team Management should remain permanently saved after exiting the menu.Ground Passing Non-Functional
I am having a serious issue with ground passing: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TERPKjVGgBg That is my player trying to make ground passes. Instead the player is lifting the ball up in the air. At the end you can see me keeping the player completely still and pressing only the ground pass button (A on Xbox Series S) and nothing at all is happening. This happens 80% of the time in UT Live Events, all the time in that training exercise (used as a test in this instance), but only very rarely in UT Squad Battles. I have tried two different controllers and it was fine as recently as two days ago on FC 26. Has the appearance of a pretty major glitch.Xbox series X. Fc 27. During games, during menu. Wow is this frustrating, in game doing objectives and boom 💥 hard crash of my series x on fc 27. Doesn’t happen on any other games… just fc 26 and now fc 27. Please have your engineers fix this asap. Or I’ll need a refund on the game. It’s infuriating to play this game on my day off and have it crash every 2/3 games, just randomly.
