Can't play as GK in Drop ins and Rush

I can select the archetype but when I go to load into drop ins or rush it will load me as an attacking position. Can’t play GK at all I’m wondering if anyone has found a workaround?

I've got the same issue the only way I could play as a GK was in my first game then it reverted to playing me as a winger. To go back to playing as GK I had to switch the game off then on again and only got 1 game before it again reverted to being an outfield player.

When i get in a lobby for drop in it has the settings so I play gk but I get put in the game as an attacker and its just unplayable on the gk preset and there isnt even another player keeper its an ai. On the other hand in rush I can play as gk but sometimes I get put on a team with another gk and get put up top on the gk preset. In the kick abouts as well I het put as an attacker in the rush games. Please fix this before full release.

Can't play 11v11 drops ins because it puts my GK pro outfield and cannot play rush because it doesn't put me on the pitch, what the hell is going on!?

How do I play as a GK, this is mental.. 

I have played this for about 2 hours and I have played one game in goal which I think is ridiculous I can’t get into the position I have selected and just keeps putting me outfield 

for the amount of money this game cost I wouldn’t think a bug like this would happen. It’s never happened before so a bit shocked. I hope this gets fixed

Also happens with CBs. Fullbacks work fine but CBs & GKs nope.

no matter what i do i cannot play as a goalkeeper in rush and drop-ins. tried both archetypes and even selected goalkeeper position on drop ins, got placed as a midfielder???

got in a full rush lobby and it instead placed an outfield player into the gk position and me outfield even though I selected the shot stopper.

Same problem here I’m a Cb boss and it’s making be play st/wingers

Trying to play CB keeps putting me at striker..   This is issue was also in the Beta  Still NOT fixed!!!
