Fan Appreciation rewards never appeared.
I had a look through my game history and I did more than enough to complete the FA Dailies as requested. However the game shows as stuck on 16 just before 17. I know I completed these as I have had my other rewards from other themes. So why haven't I still received my FA tokens from 16 to 21 then? If anyone from @EA could help please.
Unable to play any challenges
Since Saturday I have been unable to play any challenges. H2H, and House rules work perfectly fine. Any time I try to go into a challenge it gives me the error of your previous game is still be processed and then kicks me back to MUT home. if I go back in and try again it disconnects me from EA servers. I have tried deleted save data, uninstall/reinstall, multiple reboots with the game completely closed. Nothing has worked. Please help.
