If you're still getting the same error when you're trying to play Madden NFL 25, would you mind sharing a bit more info with us?
- Which platform are you playing on?
- What's your Xbox Gamertag, PSN ID, EA Account ID, or Steam ID?
- Do you have two factor authentication enabled on your account?
