Bug during dead
Hello everyone I pre order the game jedi survivor on my xbox. I paid the initial price. I played the story once(it was great) but after i tried to play it again on new game (not new game +) i experience a huge bug. Every time my character dies on respawn the customisation of cal bd1 and lightsaber changes COMPLETELY. On top of that the damage recheived stucks on full although i play it on the easiest (i reduced that much to check it.) I tried to contact someone about it but no one responded. I tried to fix it buy uninstall and re install. Nothing I also drained the xbox battery as someone told me nothing I also re installed the game one year after the bug started again nothing. Can someone please help me.
Updates to the game
So i don’t really have any of the operating problems that it seems alot of others are having, but I would just like to start a discussion about adding some type of DLC with a little bit of a map and cosmetic expansion. I absolutely love the game and have played it through multiple times, but it’s definitely a little disappointing seeing those dark planets that cant be touched constantly through every play through. The DLC doesn’t even have to be anything crazy maybe a planet and some more lightsaber components? Just something to hold the community over until the new fresh chapter is fully ready to start.Focus button not working (rb) on Xbox
I was told by ea support to come here. Right now I’m stuck in the lucrehulk right where you learn the force slam ability. The rb button registers in the ui but not in the actual game. I cant progress further without being able to use this ability and I want to know if there’s any way to fix it. I’ve already tried re mapping the buttons, reinstalling the game, reloading the game, and every other way I have found so far.The save system
To the great development team of Jedi: Survivor. ADD AN AUTOSAVE FEATURE!! The game crashes way too much to only be able to save while meditating and i, including many other players, dont have the patience to restart and loot the same boxes over and over again. If the game didnt crash so often i wouldnt mind, but it ruins the immersion for me and it makes the game unplayable. The souls-esque saving method is a very clever design and should be kept, but at least add an autosave feature so we dont lose so much progress. I wish to keep playing and see where Cal ends up in the story, but with the amount of crashing and no saved progress is very frustrating and annoying.Freezes on respawn page
After dying I think on the moon or something, I get to the respawn page and there is the A flashing in the middle of the screen and it is frozen. if I restart the Xbox and start the game again no welcome page, no options: directly to the stuck page with Respawn no options available help!
Jedi Survivor Keep Shutting Down Xbox One X
Hello EA Support Team, I'm experiencing a serious issue while playing Star Wars Jedi: Survivor via Xbox Game Pass on my Xbox One X. The game launches and runs for a short time, but then the console shuts down completely. This issue only occurs with Jedi Survivor , other games i owned work without any problems. My console is fully updated, has proper ventilation, and I've taken precautions to avoid overheating. I have also tried clearing the system cache and reinstalling the game, but the problem persists. Right after the fight with Ravus, entering the cantina got to the second door, the lights turned green, could not move Cal in any direction, only able to look around and view map. I could hear monk talking in the cantina but still unable to move. How do I proceed from here? Xbox One platform
I Need Help Lift/Hit Skills - Jedi Survivor Bug :(
I need help forcing or fixing Lift and Hit skill bug I'm playing on Xbox. I get to the point in the game where you're shown the new 'Lift/Hit' mechanic. there are two turrets and a door where the game asks you to use the new abilities, but the game doesn't allow me to use the 'focus' mechanic (Xbox series S) neither in the turrets nor in the door. The game has blocked me because I can't move past the door or back up because you drop into the area and I can't go back. Does anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it? I’m experiencing major performance issues while playing Star Wars Jedi: Survivor on my Xbox Series S. The game frequently stutters, drops frames, and struggles to run smoothly, making the game unplayable. I’ve tried all basic troubleshooting steps, including reinstalling the game, clearing the cache, and ensuring my console and game are fully updated, but nothing has improved performance. I contacted Microsoft/Xbox support, but they refused to offer any exchange or solution since I purchased my console from a retailer. The retailer also won’t allow a return or exchange because the console has been opened. This has left me completely stuck with a device that does not run the game properly. I also reached out to EA support, but I was only told to post on the forums, and that they can't help me with anything beyond troubleshooting (Microsoft already walked me through all the same steps).
