Can't live stream game XBX1S

So I've been trying to stream this to twitch but everytime ove tried it states I can't live stream the game, I know it can be done as my friend has the same console and XBX1S and is able to stream it, I've cleared the cache, I've checked for updates, I unlinked my twitch and re linked, I've hard reset, I've also deleted then re downloaded the game but I still get the message but every other game works fine like fallen order, sea of thieves, dayz, DBD, Fortnite, COD, Assassin's Creed and so fouth... any help would be greatly appreciated.
