Out of curiosity, I found through my own testing with Watt Tambor’s Tank tech that ST Han doesn’t grant TM to his allies unless it’s with HIS Taunt from his own ability as the text states “this Taunt” in his kit. Is this intended for ST Luke or will you all change Han’s TM gain to count any Taunt not granted by him to also work?
