Capital Games TeamUpdated Talked to an Apple Supervisor who said my issue was that the PC client was running while I was trying to redeem my Target gift card via iOS on my phone device. I had the rewards, he could see it on my account, but I wasn't getting credit because of a known issue with the App Store.
Solution was to turn off the PC Client, delete the SWGOH app on my phone, re-download the app and the reward screen popped up after a couple of minutes when the Game Center logged me in. If you don't automatically logon to your EA/Apple account, you may need to connect your account to the re-downloaded game first.
So there's apparently a fix if you redeemed the Gift Card but are missing your rewards. You may need to contact Apple Support to verify if they can see the bundle on your account and if they do, you should probably delete the app and re-download it, especially if you are also using the PC Client when you were trying to download the bonus items on your phone.
