Attempted Kothas solution listed above. I purchased and applied the promo via IPhone app store so different initial issue but I too can see the promo bundles in my purchase history despite missing rewards. Deleting the app and restoring didn't work for me, but hopefully it will others. Sad Kothas is doing more about it than EA support 😂
