I am in the US. I purchased a $25 and $50 Apple GC from Target. Redeemed the GCs and received email(s) from Apple a few minutes later to redeem the SWGOH bonus content. I clicked on the link provided in the email and was automatically redirected to the iTunes app (PC). Both bonus codes were redeemed with no errors. However, I did not receive the in-game bonus content. If I attempt to use the redemption codes again, I get a pop-up saying "Your code limit has been reached".
To date, I have contacted EA website support -> Apple Support -> EA in-game support -> Target Support -> EA IGS -> Apple Support -> EA IGS (Now telling me to contact Apple Support again!).
I have tried:
1) In-game Restore Purchases
2) Uninstall/re-install game
3) Apple reset the gift cards - no follow-up email for bonus content
Who can resolve this issue?
Oh yeah, it was EA IGS who suggested I post my issue on this forum.
