Capital Games TeamI redeemed a $50 card and see the rewards in my Apple purchase history but they have not posted to the game. Can someone please help?
I'm in the same boat - Canada and Walmart. I can see the purchases and the promos applied in my apple account but nothing in the Galaxy of Heroes APP - been about 3 hours.
It did for me, but I had to get a Supervisor at Apple who had seen this before and knew what to do. In my case being logged into the PC client while trying to redeem the GC promo on my phone was trying to open two versions of the same logon and froze the promo. Nick, from Apple Pay Support, had me logout of PC client, delete the SWGOH app from my phone, and redownload it from the app-store and then when I re-started the game after a minute or two it confirmed the promo in a pop-up and gave me the rewards.
how do you log out of the pc client? it seems im perpetually logged in and can only just "exit game". Is that what you did? Neither EA or Apple have been helpful to me.
