Capital Games TeamIt did for me, but I had to get a Supervisor at Apple who had seen this before and knew what to do. In my case being logged into the PC client while trying to redeem the GC promo on my phone was trying to open two versions of the same logon and froze the promo. Nick, from Apple Pay Support, had me logout of PC client, delete the SWGOH app from my phone, and redownload it from the app-store and then when I re-started the game after a minute or two it confirmed the promo in a pop-up and gave me the rewards.
