Bought $25 gift card online from Target on April 30
Gift card email received on purchase
Gift card code redeemed without issue
No bonus pops up in game
Secondary email received from Apple with subject of "Your gift card includes a content bonus" with a link to redeem it through Apple.com, which redirected to my iTunes app
Still no in-game content delivered
The link in the Apple email shows the code being used, so I try to redeem it through the App Store on my phone.
App Store recognizes it as a SWGOH code, and I get a popup stating "Your code limit has been reached. You have already redeemed the maximum number of these codes per Apple Account."
As of today, no bonus has been delivered to my account.
I do recall doing a bonus similar to this possibly last year or earlier? Are these bonuses all linked together so you can only ever claim each once?
*Edit: as of May 16 I did get the bonus rewards. I'm unsure what may have triggered it, as I made an in-game purchase (I think one of the initial steps of an Ascension bundle) and I got the rewards screen for the crystals, credits, training mats, and 330 shards each for Scav & KRU.
Did they ever get back to you on this? Bc…. I would do it again but I’m not wasting $25 if I can avoid it!
On Friday, I did finally get the promo rewards. I'm unsure if it was tied to making another purchase in the in-game store or not.
