Capital Games TeamEA Support finally got back to me. I attached a transcript from Apple Support showing they confirmed I have redeemed the gift cards (indicating eligibility to claim the promotional bundles) only to have EA Support literally tell me I have not redeemed the gift cards and to contact Apple support. I'm sorry but this promotion is nothing short of a scam. I understand a select few have somehow been lucky enough to get it to work, but this is outrageous. You should not be advertising this promotion if all you're going to do is hide behind AI support when your paying customers encounter issues that have nothing to do with them and everything to do with awful back-end infrastructure and communication between your systems.
