Literally unplayable on Samsung S22 among other phones....mobile game.....over a week and nothing is any better.
Not sure how many times this needs to be said but CG......FIX YOUR GAME!
When you click the App icon, where does your game stop working?
I know there is currently an issue with hardware for certain Samsung phones the team is looking into.

When i click the app icon it takes a long time to load into game, normally sticking on the Disney/lucasfilm logos. Sometimes it will crash several times trying to load into the game. Then once in game it laggs so badly and almost always crashes within the first 30 seconds if not then on the first battle i try

I did and there is no change at all unfortunately. I'd offer to screen record but it seems to not let me use any other phone functionality while ingame anymore not even screenshots.

The game stops working eather randomly during scrolling the Cantina or it begins to massively lag during battles/fleet battles until it crashes. While being laggy the phones heats up very quick.

My issue is with iOS devices (both iPhone and iPad). The game will suddenly lock up when trying to enter a sector in TW or GAC or a CM in TB. It's almost like I've run out of times that I'm allowed to enter and the game will freeze. I have to restart the game to get it unfrozen, but entering one of the aforementioned areas will end with a frozen game again. However, the next day I'll be able to access those areas without issue, but it does ultimately reoccur. This has been happening for roughly the last 2 weeks. I've tried uninstalling/re-installing the game to no avail.

On mobile data : Click on the app, Game launch, Disney Icon and instant black screen, nothing more.
On WiFi : Game is working normally

Hi, downloaded the update. Tried to load the game 2 times, first it took maybe 3 minutes and when the calendar window popped up the game crashed. 2nd time I just force closed it after 5 minutes.
The 1st time when the calendar popped up it was super laggy so probably the lag problem persisted. Phone overheated like usual since the update that caused the whole problem.
Phone is a Samsung galaxy s22 with the latest Android and Samsung updates.
