Backend Client Rollout - Splash Screen and Chromebook fix

Hello Holotable Heroes, 

The team has started to slowly deploy a backend client fix to correct 2 issues:

  1. Unable to access game with Chromebook
  2. Getting stuck on the SWGOH Splash Screen

 

If you were experiencing either of these issues and no longer are, great (Please let us know in the comments)

If you are still experiencing these two specific issues, know that the rollout is actively happening and may take longer to reach you.

  • First of all: I like the new PC UI you guys implemented on the mobile Version, too. It looks way more modern and smooth. 

    Unfortunately since the Update it seems to get progressively worse for me... I am using a Samsung S22+

    The loading times are unbearable, especially starting up the game takes at least 2 minutes, if not more. The fights are stuttering like hell, it's almost unplayable except for hitting auto sometimes. (Gungans for example just have way too much going on, I can only hit Auto) 

    Also, I can't minimize the game anymore, like I used too. It always has to boot up new, which again takes another two Minutes or so, I can't communicate with my guildmates over Discord or anything while playing. 

    A fix for that alone would take a great burden of me, I never had theese issues while playing with my phone. 

    I am getting behind on Conquest and the Raid, like many others in my guild, some even think about quitting, which would suck really bad...

    I hope you can fix all this, because I really like your game and I want to be able to play it instead of watching the loading screen :) 

    (oh, yeah and some Clone Wars Chewie Shards would be amazing *wink*wink*)

    Edit: Forgot to mention, that I sometimes can't even access the game, just now I got the Error Code 3.0.)

    Last time I accessed to the game from phone was on 1st of Aug... 9 days ago.
    I lost so much (resources and time as well).

    I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S22.

    Game is stopping with the black loading screen.
    Everything is up-to-date, as it should be...

    What can I do in order to be able to play a mobile game on mobile as I originally wanted to?
    The PC version is a fun extension but nothing more.
    It makes life sooo uncomfortable :(

    Also sent you messages on the panel offered by the PC version of the game but got no reply from you at all... :(

    Bonjour, Je ne peux toujours pas ouvrir le jeu sans wi fi. J'ai le message d'erreur suivant ERREUR DE CONNEXION. Mon téléphone est un Samsung ZFold 4. Merci pour votre aide.

    Exactly the same problem for me, on Samsung s10e. I still can't open the game without wi fi. CG it would be time to do something and have some interest for your community ! Thanks.

    Same here, I've upload few days ago, now the black screen is over but still stuck on the Disney splash then after some time it says I'm not connected to internet ..

    Hello, still the same issue here... Do you know where it could be coming from ? I see a lot of Samsung but I am on One Plus 10... Please give us some information, may the force be with you 

  • I went to London for vacation, no more connection bug. I came back in France today, the bug is back too ... No more able to use the game (connection issue ... Bla bla bla)
