Please can anybody explain a bit about what the interaction is? I’m not a fan of anhald’s channel and I still don’t comprehend after reading the descriptions for omega and nihulus

Omega can reduce cooldowns, so people have been using it to constantly reduce Nihuluses cooldowns. It's a fun plug and play option, but CG doesn't know what fun is.
