Cheating and Appeals Process

Can  you give any indication of how long after reporting a cheater we should expect to see it dealt with?  Post was 4 months ago, support had shared the link a little before that so I've been doing what as a developer you asked for 5 months and yet cheater is still as active today as the first day we've been reporting them.  If the ETA is 6 months thats not great but gives us indication that it might still be looked at if its shorter then I've got a case way outside timeline that needs looking at
