Question: Will I get resources back for Focused Datacrons akin to normal Datacron dismantling at the end of a sets time?

So you can't manually dust them intra-set, but they still dust as usual at the end of the set. Why the arbitrary limitation? I mean, it's not like I would plan to invest in a DC and dust it mid-set anyways, but why take the option away from the player?
