After reviewing recent Coliseum data, we noticed that the pace of progression for Free-to-Play players wasn’t where we wanted it to be. To address this, we’ll be making some adjustments to the difficulty level to make things easier. Our team will be conducting balance testing throughout the first half of next week, and we expect to release these changes soon after.

Only P2Ws can have a healing problem - their characters live long enough for that. For regular F2Ps, it's better to deal damage once more than to waste a round on 5-10% healing. You can't cure a one-shot death. That was the case in the last coliseum - until we got stuck in the miss mechanic (Blind for this coliseum and Foresight for the last one).
what does this even mean? the entire era concept centers on finding more ways for people to spend money. relic10 costs >100$ ea, or a lifetime to achieve in FTP--this is why you see so many CWC and CUP r10s because they are affordable (r9 for 10$ right before the free 1x R10 given out). R10 gives whales something to continue paying for. relic delta rewards them for their spending on higher relics.
meanwhile, it widens the wealth gap and prices out the rest of the community from being able to participate or compete. just like you see IRL economy and housing market for example. so yea, not a surprise FTP is not progressing--they are tapping out. dug yourself in a hole, cuz now you are giving welfare out to FTP, at the expense of disenfranchising those who already paid (a lot) to get ahead, now feeling like they wasted their money and should tap out also.
guild activity has declined and recruiting activity has increased because people are quitting due to the greedy era updates. probably should have lowered costs/requirements to begin with. price/reqs are like 10x inflated above a reasonable cost. not many people out there can afford to pay hundreds or thousands $ a month to keep up with everything you're introducing into the game.
That's because the Colosseum game mode really sucks. The reward you get from winning does not give you the necessary rewards to progress. I certainly hope this is not the way you plan on bringing new characters into the game by forcing us to play this unreasonable game mode. I think nearly every player who has been playing this game since the beginning agrees with me and you people at Capitalist Games/xEAx need to get your stuff together and get on board with making players happy again. In the first coliseum event I did not run it free to play and got all of the characters seven starred in relic leveled. In this second coliseum event I am running it for the most part free to play with a small amount of spending. I have gotten the three characters so far up to five stars. But the rewards from the event won't let me progress any further without spending more money. Something is wrong with that from a player's point of view. I'm sure sitting up there on your high horse collecting all of our cash You are smiling ear to ear like a Cheshire cat. Rubbing your greedy paws together wondering what else you can do to us to take our money. Have been recently considering putting my account up for sale. A 14 million GP account might fetch a nice amount of money.

CG does not care about losing long term loyal players. They want new money, new players who have to spend to catch up and spend on the new ERA content. And from my shard point of view, 12 random knuckleheads just fell for it and bought their way to 7* / Era level 80 on all three toons. Plus all the people who just spent on the Merc Tokens and LSBs. CG could lose 100,000 F2P and care less.
Did y'all increase the difficulty even more? Level 42 team facing Zeffo Tomb Guardians at tier 4 and the Guardians are doing 190k damage each with each beam attack effectively killing the team before i take a turn. Think its time to step away from this game and company completely. Blizzard and UbiSoft are much more friendly to players.
Too late, I’m resigned in the fact that these changes require constant payments to attempt to keep up, in small $7.99 increments. I’m done giving you money. Your manipulation to drive the most investment is a joke in a world that offers countless opportunities for entertainment. Good luck on your future endeavors.
Here I thought I disliked Coliseum last era. I have been stuck for a week at level 38 going nowhere. As soon as I got through tier 3 I was done cannot progress at all. This game mode is so dumb and boring in the first place then to add to it the stupidity of making it impossible to level up for a week plus is astounding. Somehow you managed to make a horrible game mode even worse. Sad part is despite my best judgement I decided to really try this time to give it a fair chance. I spent so far 40 bucks on the era passes to get the characters to 5 stars so I can get the LST at the end when Andor comes out. However if I cannot level up pass level 38 that will not happen. I hate to give up on this game I have played it daily for 4 years but you are making it so hard to stay.
Das macht es nicht besser es zu testen ohne Anführer Fähigkeit ist das das eine wenn der Schaden der Einheiten für Fortschritt reicht was nicht der Fall ist da die Werte der Colosseum Bosse einfach zu hoch ist Abwehr und Resistenz ,zum andern haben sie zu starke Flächenangriffe die das ganze Team mit einmal töten was absoluter blödsinn ist in so einen Event. Bringt doch bitte andere Bosse mit jeder neuen Epoche sonst wird das auf Dauer ein Reinfall den sich keiner antun möchte von den Spielern. Abwechslung statt Monotonie und das gilt auch für die Grand Arena bitte andere Formate mit wechselnd Charakter Ausschluss so wie es schon mal da war.
Hero Ability - is a good idea. But until there's a character with a leader ability, there's no way to progress past level 3 bosses. CG_SBCrumb CG_Meathead , either give a summonable leader to the leader slot, or reduce the bosses' stats. Because right now, f2p players have no way to properly develop their era characters.
So I'm doing better by not using DEDR. She's a real piece of excrement. At least I get to use both Blinds.
