For me that just shows me the reward structure — no actual payout to claim.

I don't know if that's the bug CG was talking about, but usually if you open a bronzium card that syncs you with their servers and anything outstanding should be given to you.
I didnt receive any thing either had to go into the rewards section and claim it got my 1000 that way. Have you tried that? Just click the rewards and place you got.
I would like to know this as well, saw a reward indicator before I did my battle. It was gone once out and no increased currency in my bank...
