Agree 100% it's just not fun. They claim they read these forums but it just can't be true. If it is true they really see us as nothing more than idiots. Plus, Help Chat are horrible to deal with. 

I saw a post that suggested we should have some compassion. For who or what? & Why? They don't care. Their job is to sit here and blow smoke up our backsides and not fix any of the actual problems.
