You have a bunch of players that work as beta testers.  Did no one in the company think maybe it would be good to have them give it a run to see how it works?

Whoever is in charge of CG needs to be retrained on his leadership skills, prioritization, and critical thinking.  Either that or EA said stop paying attention to quality and just pump out garbage.  I could go either way, or both.
