Sadly, I am sure that it's already been decided that this is happening in one form or another. I do hope that you can learn from strike force's missteps.
Since it will impact pve content, you will need to pay attention to legacy content like Assault battles. They have been done in the past by undergeared teams. This change may totally remove this ability.
I'm glad you are working with members of the community on this. I will just have to trust that you will listen to the feedback and ensure that this delta doesn't become something you later regret.
If it is as bad as msf's overpowered, then you are going to need to drop Red 5 ASAP to get the community back 😆
