This is a REALLY bad idea. This will take all the skill out of the game - I've spent money to progress my account, but based on my skill I can punch up against much larger accounts. Now, what was my money for if the characters I have at R5 can no longer fight anything above them realistically? This is a HORRIBLE idea. It won't allow us to fight up at all. Horrible, horrible plan, if the reports are all true.
