I have seen the modifier, and a 95% damage reduction for a 3 relic level difference is insane. The game is not in a good state, there are a lot of problems in GAC, TW, and Conquest.

People love Star Wars; that's the reason the game is still up. But I'll be honest, only 0.5% of the player base will have a good interaction with the concept of Relic Delta.

I do not recommend playing the game if this is the future.
