Part of what people enjoy is building what they want, letting you leave character you don't like alone or at requirement levels.

What would be the point in all the effort that we put into mods to make counters work if we just haven't spent enough to relic them up.

Not everyone can afford to spend money on a mobile game and a change like this will drive many people away, both spenders and free to play
