TBH, i don't even understand what this new system means. are they looking to make r5 vs r9 harder for the r5 or easier? either way, just leave it alone. it is what it is. if you can punch up, great. if not, ok. dont change power dynamics

Knowing CG, which one would you bet on? Making R5 matchup better against R9 is a free to play friendly move, which they despise. So expect the punching up to be nearly impossible. Whale harder and be the tip of their spear 😅
